Approximately * weeks ago, I received a Sony Xperia phone through the courier from Amazon. I didn't order this so I immediately tried to login to my account only to find the account has been hacked and the password changed. I tried to login using a temporary password but was unable to get the verification code sent to my email. I asked the agent to delete the credit cards from my account so that nothing else could be bought. The agent said I would receive a phone call from your IT department within ** hours. This did not happen. *I was away on business till the following Friday when I again phoned to customer service only to be told again that someone from IT would phone me within ** hours and the agent would call by **.** AM the next day. This also did not happen.*I have been away on family business and tried twice to contact you from Cyprus without success. I am now still in possession of a phone I don't want but paid for, no access to my account which has Prime on it that I have paid for which I do want and which has invoices that I need to print off for my accounts department, and, I am unable to buy certain items through yourselves which has meant having to purchase them through alternative sources which are more expensive.*My email address is *****@***.com*I have tried to get a link from your agent this evening without success and am rapidly losing my patience.*I need to have this resolved. *I need a temporary password sent to an alternate address ******@***.com so that I can access the main accounts system and change the password back to one of my choosing. *If that cannot be done, then I need a breakdown of the account for the * months prior to the hack with the invoices so I can claim the expenses. *I need to return the phone for a full refund.*If I cannot access the account, I wish the Prime service to be cancelled on that account as I will create a new account using my alternate email address. I also wish to be refunded for the lost time on the prime account that has elapsed.*I need you to contact me using the alternate address ******@***.com as there is obviously some issue with the first address that cannot be corrected. I will say that I have been using the email *****@***.com since ********** without an issue so why this has happened now is a mystery.*My phone number is *********** and my home phone number is ***********. Both of these numbers have answerphone and number recognition systems on, so I would appreciate a phone call by **.**AM ********** to advise me that either the issue has been corrected or to what action Amazon are going to take.
