As a regular purchaser for my Dragon Mania Legends account, this $4.99 may seem insignificant to you, but as a person with a fixed income due to a disability, it matters to me. In May, I placed an order for Heritage G from Lawn & Pest Control Supply, using ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]. Since the company is local to me, I received the product the next day.
This past Tuesday, I utilized the "buy again" feature to reorder the same product. The system displayed the same vendor with a delivery date of Thursday, which was acceptable. However, I recently discovered that the order got redirected to Solutions Pest Control, a vendor I have had delivery issues with in the past. I am unsure why this occurred, but it seems like the system made the change for a slightly lower price. Unfortunately, this means I will not be receiving my product as expected on Thursday.
I have encountered a few unusual occurrences in the past month or two, prompting me to thoroughly review all orders, even the one-click kind, moving forward. This situation is disappointing and adds to my concerns.

I am frustrated with Amazon. I got a Visa rewards card in January [redacted], and when I tried to use it recently, I mistakenly input the same billing and shipping address, which led to my account being locked. I ended up creating a new account, causing more issues. Despite attempting to resolve this over the phone, each time I was informed an agent would submit a request and I'd hear back in 24 hours via email. The latest email informed me that both accounts were being closed, with a warning that I couldn't open another one or they would close it too. This is concerning as I have a Chase Bank account with a Visa card linked to Amazon. They were unresponsive to my explanations and offered no solution, just banning me from Amazon.

Amazon still uses Chase for its credit cards and offers a $40 incentive for customers to apply. Despite trying twice, Chase declined my application and revealed a past "charge off" as the reason, even though it was resolved through bankruptcy in [redacted]. This negatively impacted my credit score each time. This issue violates federal law, and I aim to resolve it with Amazon before involving the North Carolina State Banking Commission. The situation is unfair, and Amazon's reputation suffers due to Chase's actions. I seek a resolution, not just for myself, but to prevent others from facing similar unjust practices.

As a long-time Amazon Prime member, I have always had positive experiences until now.

I recently purchased a swing that was supposed to be delivered and installed. The product itself seems fine. However, there were several issues with the shipment and installation process. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, 6/18, between 11:30-2:00. Despite waiting all day, the product never arrived. After reaching out via email, I was told someone would investigate and get back to me within 2 days, which never happened. The next day, when I returned home, the box was left in the driveway instead of the back deck where it was supposed to be. The weight of the box was not provided in the product listing, and it ended up damaging our driveway pavers, resulting in costly repairs. Additionally, the installer requested an extra $75 to move the box, which only took him 7 minutes to complete. Furthermore, after installation, the box was left behind despite the scope of work mentioning clearing packaging material and debris. I am requesting compensation for these unexpected charges and inconveniences.

I am wondering why the package, which was supposed to be delivered today, has not arrived yet. As a Prime member, I expect my orders to arrive within two days. Since the package is at the facility and was not placed on the delivery truck, I'm disappointed and believe that Amazon should make up for this error. I hope Amazon can still deliver it by 9 PM. I received an email saying the delivery is delayed until June 25-27, but I would appreciate a solution or compensation for this inconvenience. Thank you.

As a shopper at Whole Foods, I am deeply troubled by recent reports alleging that the company has been involved in confrontations with the Direct Action Animal Protection group, its founder Wayne Hsiung, and videographer Terrance. I personally witnessed the incident through a video online where the group was peacefully questioning Whole Foods about their sourcing from Factory Farms, which is a concern shared by many customers. I urge Whole Foods to drop all charges against the group. Otherwise, I am prepared to visit the new store at Coddingtown Mall in Santa Rosa to inform customers about Whole Foods' involvement, potentially impacting their shopping decisions. A neighbor's house is for sale, and a package was left on their porch, which someone tried to take. When I intervened, they returned the package, but it had been opened. The box contained baby wipes and Covergirl makeup. The label on the package has the recipient's name and address as Matthew Hemmer, [redacted] S Bolivar Rd, Spokane Valley, WA [redacted]. The USPS Tracking Number is EVS 9[redacted] 7[redacted] [redacted] 00, and there is a reference number above the name and address which reads #[redacted]03#. The package was sent from Amazon Fulfillment Services in Hebron, KY. I do not have any return label or paperwork enclosed with the package. I, B R Choudhary, received an invoice from Samsung for the Prime Video on 18/6/18, but unfortunately, the set is defective. The ON-OFF switch is not working, and the audible volume is very low. I recently purchased a Certified Refurbished WiiU Game Console, but I am encountering difficulties verifying the payment information.
While successful initially, I later received an email from [redacted] regarding payment confirmation issues. The email requests a recent statement for the VISA CARD ending in 19 uploaded to their secure portal, including my name, billing address, and the last 4 digits of the card number.
Despite my attempts to comply by sending the statement, I continue to receive the same email. Unfortunately, my account is also locked, prohibiting any further actions.
I opted for Priority shipping, anticipating the product's arrival in 2 days, but this situation has caused a delay. I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly and unlock my account.

I ordered two different Galaxy S9 phone cases, but only received one despite both showing as delivered on the tracking numbers. I have footage from my security camera showing only one package being delivered. I reached out to Amazon customer support yesterday. The representative mentioned that even though the status showed as "delivered," the package was still out for delivery. He offered me a month of free Prime and half off one item. However, the missing package has not arrived yet. This situation is frustrating as I frequently order from Amazon without issues. I am solely focused on receiving the missing phone case.

My recent UPS delivery was delayed, missing the promised date. Amazon Support told me to reject it for an instant credit to my account. However, Amazon later stated I can only be refunded once you receive the item, contradicting what your support team indicated. Since UPS had possession for an extended period, I am concerned about potential damage during transit. I never accepted the package. I am unable to post reviews and received a message about a potential relationship with the seller or product, which confuses me. Despite contacting support and requesting clarification, they have not provided any details and simply stand by their decision. Shopping is a hobby for me, and I have made multiple attempts to resolve this but have been unsuccessful. When I asked for a supervisor, I was informed that the process would be the same. It has been four days since I last heard anything.

I placed an order with Amazon on Saturday. The order included two packages of postcards, patriotic stickers, and colored pens, totaling $80.36. Amazon stated it would be sent in two shipments. I chose free shipping as the items were not urgent. However, I noticed this morning that the orders are not listed on my account. A pending debit of $80.36 is on my VISA debit card, even though I haven't received any shipping confirmation via email. In the past, Amazon only debited my account when the package shipped. I don't have a tracking number since the order is missing from my account. If the order hasn't shipped, I would like a refund. If it has shipped, I need the tracking number and an explanation. The items were meant for delivery to my Broomall, PA address, and I haven't changed it. No address change authorization was made. Although I didn't get an email confirmation, I received a previous order without any issues on June 6th.

I am upset about being charged $13.77 on both 6/20 and 6/21 for an Amazon Prime membership I had cancelled the previous month because I did not realize I had it. Last month, I was refunded the $13.77, but the auto-pay was not disabled as promised. When I inquired about 2 new charges, a representative 7 days ago insisted I was only charged once, despite evidence on my bank statement. I have yet to receive either of the promised refunds and demand both $13.77 charges be credited back immediately. If not, I will escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau due to the inadequate training of the customer service representatives I dealt with. This frustrating ordeal has left me doubting whether I will continue to purchase products from Amazon in the future.
