Amazon Order * ***-*******-*******..I purchased this item on *********....the item has a * year manufacturer warranty... When I speak with Dell (the manufacturer) ... they say item is out of warranty .How is this so ?.. When I purchased the item at your site I also purchased extend warranty coverage for * year (Square Trade). Spoke with Square Trade to file a claim and they tell me item is still in warranty ? and I should go to Dell because it is under their warranty(Dell)... Now Dell is suggesting that you did something incorrectly. I don't know exactly what. The item needs to be repaired and it seems that both Dell and Square Trade are trying to dismiss their obligations to me and not provide the service I'm entitled to..If you could kindly intervene in this matter, it would be greatly appreciated ..** Stephen Kahn* *****@***.com
