Amazon Prime,**Please take notice. On my last order from Amazon I was sent the attached email regarding an automatic enrollment in Amazon Prime. I replied to that email with a declining statement indicating that I DID NOT want Prime.**Today, I received my credit card statement and noticed that you did not listen to my request and billed me for the prime member****p of $**.**. I have attempted to call you a number of times and received nothing but busy signals. I attempted to use your online chat and was never connected with that service. I want a credit issued for the unwanted and unordered prime service immediately or legal action will be forth coming. I have used Amazon many times and this total lack of service will stop my use in the future. During my attempt to locate a means of contacting Amazon in this matter, I have seen numerous similar complaints from other Amazon customers treated in the same unprofessional manner.**Please respond to this email indicating that a credit has been issued and the unwanted Prime member****p cancelled. Failure to do so will result in actions on my part which I do not believe Amazon will appreciate. This is not intended as a threat, but rather a response without any other recourse to poor service on Amazon's behalf.**Thank you for the expected prompt response.*John M. I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
