I have a shop named Shringar Beauty Parlour in the main market of Karkhana Bazar in Almora. I placed an order for 2 items on May 17th. During the order, I declined the option to receive the courier on Sundays as we are usually out of town on that day. However, the courier boy called on Sunday asking to deliver the package, but we explained that we were unable to receive it that day. He insisted on delivering it on Monday but then refused when he arrived at my shop, threatening to return it to Amazon. Despite our attempts to resolve the situation calmly, he marked the order as undeliverable and returned it to Amazon. Please take action against such delivery personnel to avoid inconvenience to customers and uphold Amazon's goodwill.

I have added an Amazon icon to my Google Chrome taskbar, which seems to be causing me some annoyance. I find the icon useful for quick access when ordering from Amazon, but lately, I have been experiencing pop-ups of Amazon products when using Google for other searches. These pop-ups are intrusive and not relevant to my search activities. I would appreciate guidance on how to block these pop-ups or adjust the settings causing them without having to remove the Amazon icon entirely.

In April, I ordered 2 items but they were misplaced during the transfer. Thankfully, after speaking with a customer representative, a replacement order was sent and I received it without any issues. I was informed that return labels would be provided and arrangements for pickup would be made. However, today was the deadline for returning both items, including the Ortho weed killer, and I have not received the necessary labels. Although I received a reminder, printing is currently not possible, and now the items appear to be non-returnable. I am concerned about having to pay for them again due to this situation. Unfortunately, I was never contacted to coordinate the returns. The order numbers for reference are [redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted].

I ordered an Alexa Voice Remote on 5/22/18. After receiving an email stating that the item was "left in the mail room" on 5/24/18, I visited the post office on 5/29/18, but the package was not there. My local postal officer searched the local post office and two nearby ones, but it was not found. After requesting a tracking number via email and receiving TBA[redacted]00 through online chat, my post office informed me that it was an Amazon number and had no record of it. Despite further investigation today, no package has been located. I am requesting a replacement item to be shipped to my home with a provided tracking number. I am unsure about the mode of transportation used for delivery to the mail room and whether the "Mail Room" refers to my local post office in Mt. Royal, NJ, or Mickleton, NJ.

I recently contacted customer service regarding a missing item I ordered on 5/22/18. I prefer not to speak to a telephone representative at the moment and do not wish to be part of a public forum. I expect Amazon to either deliver the item I purchased, as indicated by the email stating it was delivered on the 24th to the "Mail Room" (presumably the post office), or to correspond with me via email/chat. My order number is [redacted][redacted], Tracking Number TBA[redacted]00. I don't want to disclose all my personal details over the phone to avoid potential fraudulent activities. Amazon should be able to resolve the issue by reviewing my order and tracking numbers without requiring additional personal information. If this is not possible, a refund to the original account is necessary.

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my suspended account. I was requested to provide a copy of my Visa statement ending in 28, along with the billing address. However, this card is not meant for online transactions, and it was mistakenly linked to my account. I usually use Amazon gift cards for payment, but my account was suspended due to this card.
I contacted my bank, but they cannot send information to the fax number provided by Amazon. All they could offer was a statement confirming I am the cardholder. This situation has been quite frustrating. My main goal is to remove the card from my account so I can continue shopping using my gift card balance.
I hope you can assist me with resolving this matter.
Best regards.

After making a purchase on Amazon, I keep receiving promotional emails from various companies that I do not want. Today, I received around 15 emails in Chinese which seem to be of a sexual nature based on the English words and images. I cannot read them, and there is no option to unsubscribe. This also occurred during my previous Amazon order. I am concerned and frustrated because I do not want my email address shared for marketing purposes. If this continues, I may avoid ordering from Amazon in the future. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the service received from two agents, Narendra and Lindsey, at Seller Central Europe. I was mistakenly charged £29.50 for a service I did not use nor can afford. Despite canceling immediately, the money was still taken from my account. I usually buy from Amazon weekly, but I am now reconsidering due to this experience. I am over 72 years old and registered disabled. I have requested a call back to clarify the cancellation process. Lindsey has been particularly unhelpful. I will be reaching out to Trading Standards due to the stress this has caused. I paid with my debit card and would appreciate a reimbursement directly to it. Shame on Amazon for this inconvenience.

I am unable to make purchases with my account because I forgot my password and can no longer access the email or phone number linked to it.
When directed to email customer service for help, the system prompts me to sign in, complicating the process. I fortunately found this alternative method to contact Amazon.
I request assistance in regaining access to my account and updating my email and phone number promptly, as I urgently need to purchase items for my workplace. I am willing to answer any security questions necessary.
I also wish to highlight a flaw in the system I encountered, as it may discourage future users from engaging with Amazon due to difficulties reaching customer service for sign-in issues.
I believe Amazon will value feedback on interface issues for better user experience and problem-solving.
Thank you,
Jessica N. J.

I placed an order for the SodaStream ReservePack Item No. [redacted]-46-99[redacted] on May 18th. Please refer to the email I sent on May 2nd for details. The order was supposedly dispatched from the logistics center on May 19th at 5:08 p.m. and has been in transit since. Where to, though?
After waiting in vain for the package for 14 days, the question arises: Can you not deliver, or do you not want to, or am I just being fooled? In this case, please refund my money promptly and cancel the order. I will then inform Amazon and leave the appropriate review.
G. Heinrich
The only response I received was: "hello"
Since I suspect I am being scammed with this order, please contact me immediately.

I live in Australia, but I buy items from Amazon UK for my mother in the UK using my UK bank debit card. Will the new restrictions on Australian customers from using international Amazon sites affect me? If so, I need to find alternatives to directly order from my usual suppliers or bypass Amazon. Will Amazon's plan to redirect Australian customers to the Australia-only site on July 1st, [redacted], stop me from ordering through Amazon UK for my UK-based mother when using a UK debit card?

I am requesting an investigation into the pricing of certain books, particularly children's books, that are unreasonably expensive and do not seem intended for sale. I believe Amazon should question these sales and the destination of the funds. For instance, "It Looked Like Spilt Milk" is a common children's book, but I have found listings priced at $[redacted] and $[redacted]. Where is this money going? I have come across other books with similarly extreme prices, raising suspicions. I trust Amazon and wish to bring this to your attention to protect your reputation. Some librarians have labeled these listings as hoaxes or possibly linked to money laundering. It is concerning and I hope Amazon will investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure transparency and integrity in the marketplace. Thank you for looking into this with seriousness and care.

I purchased a new iMac computer for my son. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, after setting up the computer, a malware infection occurred, preventing access. While attempting to fix it, my son accidentally deleted the software, leading to a prompt for a password upon startup. We visited an Apple store, and they advised us to contact Apple directly. Apple informed us they have a "Firmware password" but cannot give it to us. We were instructed to have the original purchaser or seller contact Apple for the password. The Apple contact number is [redacted]3. The computer's serial number is YM115095HS6. My contact number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted]

I am seeking assistance with shipping my Teva sandals promptly for an upcoming trip. In the past attempts, the sizing was incorrect, and the last delivery was missed as I had already departed. I am looking to have the items redirected to a new address, which USPS has indicated may not be possible according to the tracking information. I have been attempting to contact Amazon or USPS with no success for an hour now. The desired delivery address is [redacted] N 3rd Street, Surf City NJ [redacted]. If feasible, I would like to receive the sandals by Wednesday. Alternatively, I am contemplating ordering another pair to be delivered here, then arranging returns upon my return in a week. For urgent delivery, I am willing to pay extra. Kindly reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in expediting the delivery of the Teva sandals.

My account was compromised on May 27 when I returned from being away and saw two emails from Amazon stating my password had been changed without my authorization. The hackers also added a new email address, likely from Russia, to my account. After multiple phone calls, my account is now back to my original email ([redacted]), but my password no longer works, and I haven't received any temporary password emails from Amazon yet. I believe the last attempt was last Thursday.
Recently, I received a notification from Amazon about an issue with my credit card on file, but I used that same card for an online purchase (not from Amazon) just yesterday without any problems.
I am seeking assistance as an Amazon Prime member. I am open to changing my Amazon email, but I want to ensure my Prime benefits transfer smoothly. Thank you.

I have been a loyal Amazon customer for a while. However, since they introduced their new "FLEX" delivery service, my packages have consistently been delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person even took a picture of my package in front of someone else's door, claiming it was delivered to me. Despite my numerous complaints, all customer service could offer was a refund and the suggestion to reorder the items. This has resulted in me having to reorder the same item three times in the last two weeks. Today, I was expecting two items, one of which was a reordering of the previously misplaced item. Once again, I received a picture of the delivery in front of the wrong address. This time, it was especially disheartening as these items were meant to be birthday gifts for my son, whose birthday is in two days on June 6th. I had ordered various decorations for his new "BIG BOY" room, including a basketball tapestry, wall mounted basketball holder, basketball comforter set, wall stickers, large bean bag, small gaming chair, and a GPS smart watch, all scheduled to arrive before his birthday. It's incredibly frustrating that I might not be able to surprise him as planned due to the repeated delivery issues I've been facing. As a Prime member, this level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with Amazon.

I own an Amazon Echo with a Music Unlimited subscription. Lately, I continue to receive emails saying Amazon can't renew my subscription due to payment issues. This has happened consistently. Last time, a customer service representative assured me the problem was resolved, and my payment went through. Now, I've received another email about a faulty payment method. I reside in Spain but use an English bank account for payments, which eventually go through. However, I lose listening days each time this error occurs. It would be great if someone could assist with this issue. I go by Christopher B., and my phone number is 0[redacted]04.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from Sailrite. I simply want to return the defective sewing machine, but it seems like they are trying to avoid addressing my concerns. I didn't realize there was a specific return period, and I don't have the time to deal with sending it back for a temporary fix only to wait for its return. I've already lost a week dealing with this issue. I trusted the repairman's assessment of the machine, and I won't be purchasing another Sailrite sewing machine in the future. It's disheartening that Sailrite doesn't seem interested in assisting me as a customer, especially considering I've already paid for multiple $[redacted] repairs within a year. Despite having a 2-year warranty, Sailrite refuses to refund my money. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Product: Napoleon Grills LEX485RSIBNSS-1 with infrared Side & Rear Burners Natural Gas Grill
Price: $[redacted].10
On May 31st, I ordered this grill, but on June 2nd, I received a "delivered" notice without the item actually being delivered to my address. The package was sent to an unknown location in Blue Springs, MO. Despite my attempts to reach out to the seller, they have not responded and their customer service line is disconnected. Further investigation revealed that this seller has a history of sending incorrect items to random addresses using USPS tracking numbers. I used [redacted],[redacted] American Express points to make this $[redacted].10 purchase and would like a refund of those points.
