I have been locked out of my account due to a chargeback issue. I loaded money onto my Amazon gift card online with a prepaid Visa and someone is disputing the charge to Amazon from the Visa. Amazon sent me instructions to fax a new card number to pay for this"order", in which I did and now they're saying I have to add the card to my account first. I cannot do any action on my account as I am locked out. I've done everything Amazon has asked of me and they even agree just to deduct$** from my gift card balance of almost $*** to pay for the $** chargeback. Amazon agreed to do that but they still have not so I faxed and emailed a new credit card information just to go ahead and pay the $** so I can get back into my account and figure out what is going on. This issue has been going unresolved for about a month now and I need to get into my account to figure out why the chargeback happen and on what card and to open a dispute about that myself. That is why I'm willing to Shell out another $** just to get my account open back but Amazon account team is giving me run around. How do I fix this?
