My account was hacked on May *** I returned from several days away from my computer to find * emails from Amazon saying my p***word had been changed per my request. My account also had a brand new email address (probably from Russia)! Through numerous telephone calls last week, the account is now back with my original email address (*****@***.com), but my p***word doesn't work, and no emails from Amazon with a temporary p***word have yet reached me. The last attempt was last Thursday, I believe.*Now I've also received an Amazon email telling me that there's a problem with my credit card on file and that my subscription order can't be filled. I used that card to purchase something online (not from Amazon) just yesterday, and there is not any problem with it.*Can you help me? I am an Amazon Prime member. I could change the email I use for Amazon, but I would want to be sure my Prime member****p would go with me.*Thank you.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
