There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Tracking ID: Q*********** - item not delivered. Refund requested twice via delivery feedback. No item, no refund. I ordered an expensive item 'Seagate *TB Backup plus Hub' on ******. Delivery was due ******. Item not received. "Delivery by Amazon" tracking advice records that "parcel was handed to resident" at *.**pm. It was not and I have irrefutable CCTV footage covering ** minutes either side of that time to show that no delivery van parked up outside my home and no individual delivery person approached my front door to deliver anything. Also, I was in all evening waiting for the item. Something has gone seriously wrong with your tracking or delivery system. To date, I have not received even a holding reply that you are investigating to both my online queries. I would be interested to see the 'signature' of the 'resident'. Please do reply urgently. £*** is a lot of money for me to write off, especially when I can visually prove that no delivery was attempted or made.
