The issue in GetHuman-dncj's own words
I ordered an electric tooth brush on ********** as per order no ***-*******-*******. The wrong item arrived therefore I contacted amazon who stated that a replacement would be sent and that I did not need to return the one received. (I gave this to my wife).*The replacement arrived the following day which I use. *The following day ANOTHER electric tooth brush arrived. I again contacted amazon and AGAIN they advised me that I did not need to return this nor would I be charged. I clarified this point and took screen shots to prove this. *This toothbrush was donated to a charity shop as we had no use for it. *I have now received an email stating that it is not returned then my card will be charged the full amount. *Please can you assist with this matter?
