Hi,*I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S* plus Protective cover on *rd December **** but I received a wrong item, so I had raised a replace request and I got the correct item. Also, I delivered the wrong item received in the nearest DHL pickup point. The Shipment number for that is *************. As per the DHL tracking, the shipment has been delivered back to Amazon. But in my orders section in Amazon, it is still not reflecting for me and I recently got a reminder mail from Amazon to return the item otherwise I will be charged for the item.**So I want to raise a complain to fix this issue. Looking forward for your support on this matter.**Thanks *Jerome
