Subject: Inquiry for Logistic and Finance Managers Hello, I am writing on behalf of a group of investors from Brazil who are interested in purchasing trucks to exclusively work with Amazon. Our plan involves deploying ten or more trucks to operate around the clock with the company. We have some inquiries regarding the calculation of prices for the loads, including the cost per mile, to assist us in planning our logistics effectively. We require information to determine the cost of each freight from point A to point B. Additionally, we would like to know the maximum number of routes we can establish with Amazon and whether there is any time limit to our collaboration or if it can be indefinite. While we have developed our logistics plan for a project of this magnitude, we are seeking these details to finalize our preparations. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Joao F. De Souza Jr.

I received a phone message from Amazon Logistics today. The caller stated the package would be left on the patio as our warehouse was closed. Despite checking the location, the package was not found, and no order or PO number was provided. With numerous recent school district orders, I am unsure of the delivery's contents. I suspect the delivery was intended for Casa Grande Union High School District at [redacted] N Trekell Rd, Casa Grande, AZ [redacted], addressed to one of our staff members. Any assistance in identifying the delivery and confirming its location would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jennifer Alley, Administrator at CGUHSD, under [redacted]

On Sunday, May 3rd, a package was delivered to my address. However, the delivery person did not bring it to my apartment door but left it in the building lobby. Sadly, when I went to retrieve it, the package was missing. I am requesting a refund for the lost item. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. This issue is with Amazon, and I have been unable to reach their customer service. How can I escalate this matter to ensure it's addressed appropriately?

I am frustrated once again as I received a package left in plain view of the street despite my clear delivery instructions to leave them on the back porch. The discrepancy of 30 steps between the side garage door placement and the requested screened-in porch location is exasperating. I have explicitly stated to avoid leaving packages at the front or side garage door; however, this directive seems to be disregarded repeatedly. This recurring issue may compel me to cancel my Prime Membership. I am unable to reach customer service by phone, and it is disappointing that logistics fail to adhere to the specified delivery instructions. Sincerely, B. Taber

I ordered a soundbar from Amazon with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The product reached the nearest delivery center on May 11th. I have been facing issues with Amazon's customer service as they have not delivered the product yet. Each time I contact customer care, they provide excuses without taking any actions. Despite calling them multiple times, Amazon keeps extending the delivery date without providing a resolution. The delivery boy seems to be uncooperative and even threatened to damage or cancel the product. I urge Amazon to address this issue promptly and ensure the delivery of my product without further delay.

I am currently tracking an Amazon Logistics tracking ID TBA[redacted]04. I received an update stating that the package arrived at the Channahon, IL facility at 1:57 am this morning, which is incorrect. The package actually left that facility at 5:02 am and arrived at the Champaign, IL facility at 9:56 am. This issue has now happened with three consecutive orders, including the TBA[redacted]04 package. Despite multiple discussions with Amazon customer service, the orders keep going to the wrong facility. Even after being assured this wouldn't happen again, the problem persists. It is frustrating to deal with this ongoing issue, as seen with the undeliverable order to Madison, Wisconsin, and the repeated misrouting of packages. I believe there is a systematic error within Amazon Logistics that needs to be addressed promptly to avoid further wasted time and resources.

There has been a recurring issue with the delivery services in our building constantly ringing doorbells. This behavior has been ongoing despite previous complaints leading to a change in the delivery vendors last year. Unfortunately, the current delivery drivers are still buzzing all apartments indiscriminately to gain access for package deliveries. This persistent action is not only aggressive but also poses a security risk for all residents. Kindly address this matter urgently with the delivery service provider to cease the excessive doorbell ringing. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, HJolles.

I received a notification from Amazon stating that the floor lamp I purchased was out for delivery today. I have been at home all day awaiting the delivery. Around 1:30, I heard the doorbell and inquired over the intercom to confirm it was the Amazon delivery person. After buzzing him into my apartment building, which has 36 units across 6 floors, I waited at my door but the delivery person did not arrive. Despite seeing the elevator pass by, I did not see the driver. Upon checking, I noticed his van had left and my Amazon account indicated the order was delivered by being "handed directly to a resident," which did not happen in my case. Frustrated, I searched near the mailboxes but found nothing. When I contacted Amazon, they could only offer a replacement which might take another week. This is the second time within a week this has happened while I was home. The drivers must be more responsible to avoid inconveniencing customers and causing financial losses for Amazon. If this issue persists, I may opt to cancel my Prime membership and shop elsewhere. I hope for a resolution to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you. - Dana C.

On Sunday afternoon, 12/27, I had a frightening experience at Village Estates Condominiums in Thiensville, Wisconsin. Despite clear "do not enter" signs, an Amazon Prime truck driver entered the property the wrong way and was speeding at 35 mph on a 15 mph lane. Despite multiple complaints and confrontations, nothing has changed. It seems that either Amazon lacks control over its drivers, prioritizing speed over safety, or the drivers are instructed to ignore warnings. This negligence makes Amazon drivers a serious safety risk, and I fear that action will only be taken after a tragic incident.

After spending an hour last week discussing and ensuring with the service drive at our condo complex that it's marked "do not enter" in your GPS system, two drivers entered the wrong way together today, Saturday, January 16, [redacted]. Despite my efforts, one driver claimed the GPS did not show the restriction and the other admitted to intentionally avoiding the Main St. entrance to save time. I urge Amazon to take action regarding allowing drivers to enter the one-way exit incorrectly, as it poses a risk of collision for residents exiting their garages. I have been pursuing this issue for over half a year and will persist in reaching out to ensure this unsafe practice ceases.

I have diligently documented all communications with your company regarding the ongoing issue of Amazon Prime delivery drivers entering the exit-only one-way drive at Village Estates Condominiums in Thiensville. Despite numerous attempts to address this safety concern, it has not been resolved. I intend to advise our condominium president to consider legal action as our next course of action. I will provide him with all relevant notes, contact records with your representatives, and firsthand observations of the incidents involving drivers entering the wrong way. Another concerning instance occurred at about 3:35 p.m. CST on January 22, when an Amazon delivery was made to either [redacted] or [redacted] N. Main St., with the driver exiting onto Main St. Throughout our interactions, assurances of urgent attention have been given, acknowledging the significant safety implications for Village Estates residents. While I was informed that the GPS instructions for drivers had been updated to advise entering from Main St. instead of Freistadt Rd., drivers have admitted to not following these instructions for the sake of speed. It is evident that my efforts to address this issue have not been successful, prompting me to involve our condominium association in seeking resolution.

I may have misunderstood why your drivers keep entering the exit-only drive at Village Estates Condominiums in Thiensville on North Main St. I have been attempting to address this issue with your company for a year now. Recently, a Prime truck nearly hit my van as it drove in the wrong way. I initially thought your drivers were aware of the "Do Not Enter" signs and international symbols, but I am now questioning if they comprehend them. It is possible they might not understand English, have limited education, or struggle with cognitive impairments. The responsibility lies with your company if a collision occurs due to drivers entering the wrong way. In the spring, I may consider sitting in a lawn chair in the exit drive during your peak delivery hours to emphasize the seriousness of this matter.

Hello, I'm currently awaiting a package from Amazon Logistics with the tracking number TBAU[redacted]2. Unfortunately, the tracking status shows "access denied" on Thursday at 8 pm, which seems inaccurate since my workplace is open until 9:30 pm. I believe the delivery driver should have communicated if there were any issues with the delivery. However, there is no contact information available for me to reach out and follow up. This experience is disappointing, and I hope the issue can be resolved promptly. I kindly request assistance in ensuring the delivery is completed today before 4 pm. Thank you, Harpreet S.

I ordered a UV light from "Coospider," and received a tracking number from "Swiship," a delivery service used by various vendors including Amazon. The tracking number I have is [redacted][redacted]43. I have been waiting for my package since June 24th. One item arrived, but the 25-watt bulb is missing. "Swiship" indicates that the package was delivered but does not provide details on the location or date of delivery. The item seems to be stuck in distribution centers in North Carolina, far from my location in Nevada. "Coospider" advised me to contact the logistics company, but the information provided only mentions an estimated delivery date of July 2nd in NC. I am unsure who to contact for further assistance. You can also try reaching out to the vendor at [redacted] I would like to know how to resolve this issue as I paid for two items but have not received one of them. Thank you. - Nick

I purchased an item on eBay, and according to Amazon logistics, it was delivered on December 14th. Unfortunately, I have not received the item or a delivery notification. I've searched well around my property, checked with neighbors, and in the back garden and utility boxes, but found nothing. The eBay seller is refusing to assist because the tracking shows it as delivered. eBay's protection is also denying me a refund based on the tracking information.
