I was expecting a delivery from Amazon Logistics, and they were supposed to call before delivering the package since my building is locked. Unfortunately, they attempted delivery three times without calling, leading to the parcel being returned to the sender. The items were two Covid-19 test kits provided by the state of NH. How can I retrieve my package? Since it was not an Amazon product and not ordered through Amazon, I'm unable to seek assistance through their help center for delivery problems. The state had a contract with Amazon Logistics to deliver some test kits, while others were handled by USPS.

I have had to request my order be resent three times now due to receiving delivery notices without actually receiving the package. This situation is becoming frustrating quickly. When I track the package, I see it goes from Bolingbrook, IL, to Bridgeview, IL, but then seems to get lost. Given how close I am to Bolingbrook, I'm puzzled as to why it's being routed to Bridgeview. The tracking number is TBA[redacted]04. I just want my package delivered to my address in Lemont and not wherever the delivery person decides to send it.

Qlink Wireless sent me a new tablet and informed me via email about the delivery. The email included a tracking number which led me to Swiship for delivery details from Amazon Logistics. Despite contacting Qlink who advised me to reach out to Amazon, I encountered difficulties. Amazon's customer service was unhelpful as they couldn't provide information since I wasn't the sender. I was put on hold indefinitely when questioning why I couldn't track the package meant for me. Unfortunately, my Ring camera did not capture any delivery, and I am unable to connect with anyone to address this delivery problem.

I bought a SIM card from a seller named Pink White at Q Link Wireless. They are sending it to the wrong address despite my corrections. The package is set to arrive tomorrow, but since it's going to the wrong place, I'm worried someone else will have my phone service. I want to know if it's possible to intercept the delivery and retrieve the package from the driver directly. Unfortunately, I don't live near the incorrect address, so I can't go there in person. I would appreciate it if Amazon could hold the package for me to pick up.

I received a tablet last Friday, June 3rd, at 11:15 a.m. as per tracking number TBA[redacted]04. The tablet was part of a government program that allows only one per household, and I had to make a small payment for it. Unfortunately, when I returned home from work in the evening, I could not find the tablet as it was supposedly left on or near my front porch. I checked with my two nearest neighbors, but they did not have it. This situation is unusual for my street, and I suspect the tablet may have been delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. I am disappointed that the driver did not hand it to a person at my residence or require a signature, especially considering the value of the item. I feel frustrated as I am now left without the tablet that the government program authorized for me, and I cannot get a refund for the money spent. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

My Anker Soundcore speaker broke while it was still under warranty. I contacted Anker, and they issued a replacement speaker scheduled for delivery on July 6, [redacted]. Two days have passed, and it hasn't arrived. While searching for the initial replacement email, I found another message from Anker Direct stating the item had been shipped and gave me tracking information. The tracking link directed me to a website called Swiship, displaying that Amazon Logistics had delivered the speaker on July 5 at 3:30 pm, a day earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I never received the package, and now I am struggling to reach out to Amazon Logistics. Amazon.com's customer service is unable to assist as they have no record of the order since it wasn't processed through their platform.

I am a person with a disability and need all packages delivered to the front door because of this. There is a sign on the garage requesting this, but a driver from Turnbull Ct. Warehouse left the package on the driveway in front of the garage without following the instructions. Although the driver took a photo, they cleverly avoided capturing the sign in the picture. I was waiting at the front door calling out, but the driver left quickly. While most Amazon drivers follow instructions, it seems the driver from the Trumbull, CT warehouse is not. I rely on Amazon for many items and need them delivered to the front door for assistance. Your attention to this issue is appreciated.

During this busy season with increased Amazon deliveries, I want to address a safety concern at Village Estates Condominimums in Thiensville, Wisconsin. There are two entry/exit points, and Amazon drivers frequently misuse the exit-only drive onto W. Freistadt Road, creating a dangerous situation. Despite clear signage, drivers blame their GPS for directing them incorrectly. I have raised this issue multiple times over the years, urging drivers to use the correct entrance on Main St. for safety reasons. The angled design of the exit-only drive makes it difficult for residents to see oncoming vehicles entering the wrong way until it's too late. I am dealing with a delivery issue from Amazon. On the day the package was marked as delivered, I was at home and have security cameras that didn't capture any delivery. Despite reaching out to multiple representatives for a replacement or refund, I have faced unhelpful and rude customer service. Eventually, I was told to file a police report, which I found unnecessary since the item was never even delivered to my home. I purchased hand warmers from HotDot on Dec 11 through Amazon Prime, but unfortunately, the package appears to have gone missing during transit. According to the tracking details, the hand warmers reached Rapid City on Dec 17 via USPS and were then handed over to another carrier, but they were never received. It has been more than six months since an incident involving an Amazon driver damaging my driveway's stone pavement occurred. The driver not only scuffed the surface, permanently altering the natural colored stone but also chipped a piece off, resulting in damage the size of a quarter coin.

The last time I received a delivery from Amazon Logistics, my package was left in front of my door despite my request for them to knock loudly. This is alarming as my building is not secure and packages have been stolen from my neighbors. If I hadn't opened my door, my package could have been taken. We enjoy shopping on Amazon as a business account due to the ease and wide variety they offer. Our office in Richmond Hill, New York, has experienced issues with 75% of deliveries arriving outside our stated hours of 7 AM to 3 PM on weekdays. Despite reaching out to Amazon customer service via phone and email, deliveries still occur after 3 PM, on weekends, and even as early as 5:15 AM. This consistent problem has led us to explore other online retailers. We appreciate Amazon overall, but improvements in their delivery service through better controls on their logistics partners would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

I purchased a phone from Q Link, a state phone service using Amazon logistics for delivery. Initially, everything was on track with a confirmation number and tracking info provided by email updates. Unfortunately, on the scheduled delivery day, I received an email stating a carrier issue causing a delay with the new shipment date pending. I purchased a cubby cubby dresser that broke and almost fell on my daughter. None of the associates asked if she was okay despite speaking to 12 to 15 representatives. I was upset and had my friend dispose of the dresser, but then Amazon instructed me to return it. I retrieved the dresser and left it on my porch for pick-up, which did not happen as scheduled. I am on Worker’s Comp. and unable to lift heavy items due to an injury. Living in a condo association, I cannot leave broken items on the porch, so I had my friend return it to the trash when no one came for pick-up. Despite contacting corporate and being transferred to logistics, I have faced several disconnections and no resolution. I am distressed by the lack of concern shown for my daughter's safety and only seek a refund for the broken dresser to purchase a new one. The refund will be issued on an Amazon gift card. I made a purchase on eBay on March 27th. After paying for my order, I noticed I had selected the wrong shipping address. When I tried to cancel, the seller said the package had already been shipped. The package was delivered on March 30th to the incorrect address I no longer use. The seller advised me to reach out to the carrier to see if they can retrieve and redeliver it to my current address.

I recently made a purchase from American Scientific Supplements, also known as Digestic, through Amazon. I had a terrible experience with the delivery service near Carstairs, Alberta. The driver called at 7 p.m. and refused to deliver to my rural address, demanding I pick up my package within 10 minutes. I asked for it to be left at the local gas station as I couldn't make it in time. The driver agreed, but upon my arrival, I was informed that he had already left without leaving the package. This is the second time this driver has caused issues for me, and as a result, I will not be using Amazon for future orders.
