Despite being assured a delivery for the 27th, it was delayed as the item got damaged in transit. Numerous rescheduled deliveries failed to arrive. The current tracking states delivery between 2 and 5 pm today after previously being promised for the morning. I am considering visiting the nearby Amazon facility for answers on the delay and plan to persistently pursue details on the status of my package, the driver's whereabouts, and truck information. I am determined to see this resolved promptly and may contact Amazon's corporate line to involve logistics directly. I have been struggling to update my phone number in my Amazon Relay Account for almost a year now. Despite numerous calls to different numbers, emails to various addresses, and even contacting Amazon's headquarters and corporate office, I have not received any assistance. I am unable to access the authentication codes sent to my old phone number, which is hindering my ability to book loads with Amazon and receive payment through my factoring company. I have a package with a tracking number TBA[redacted]16. It is currently in West Sacramento since yesterday morning, while it was supposed to be delivered to me in Woodland, California yesterday. The address it was sent to is a home property, not a business, and I had it switched to a different location for delivery. However, it remains in West Sacramento when it should be in Sacramento. What is the delay with my delivery?

Q Link sent three items in one package to be delivered to my home address at [redacted] Railroad Street in Woodland, California [redacted]. However, the package was mistakenly sent to a business facility instead of my home address. To rectify this, I requested Q Link to change the shipping address to [redacted] Opus Circle in Sacramento, California, my mom's address where I will be able to receive it. Despite this request, the package is still in West Sacramento for unknown reasons. I am eager to receive my package promptly and am puzzled by the repeated issues with the delivery process.

I am concerned about an ongoing issue with Amazon deliveries in my apartment complex. I reside at [redacted] Western Hills Dr., Evansville IN, [redacted], and I am located on the first floor in a critical location within the complex. Unfortunately, there has been a recurring problem with a delivery person who consistently leaves packages designated for the second floor at my door, possibly due to laziness or negligence. Today, on June 10th, another package addressed to Cecil Douglas Sullivan at [redacted] Western Hills Dr./ [redacted] Evansville, IN was left at my doorstep, which belongs to an upstairs apartment. This situation has occurred before, and I believe that Amazon needs to address this issue promptly to ensure proper delivery and reimbursement for the correct recipients in the complex.

I was waiting for a delivery scheduled between 5-10 pm when I received two calls from numbers with ([redacted]) area codes. Since I don't answer unidentified calls, I didn't pick up. Later, I received a text from a suspicious Amazon address, which I promptly deleted and blocked, thinking it might be a scam. Subsequently, I was informed that the delivery attempt was made, but the driver couldn't locate a secure spot. I was baffled as our front porch is clearly marked with delivery instructions, and the lights were on in the house with two cars in the driveway. It seemed like a lack of effort on the driver's part, considering our long history of regular Amazon deliveries to this location. I needed the item urgently for the morning and this experience has been quite frustrating for me.

The Amazon delivery drivers consistently ignore my delivery instructions. Despite numerous calls to Amazon, the issue remains unresolved. I am now contemplating seeking legal advice due to the distress this ongoing problem causes me. My long porch with trees on either side can easily hide packages if placed as instructed, preferably to the left behind the tree. Unfortunately, most drivers leave the packages in plain view from the street, risking theft. Communication with customer service has not led to a solution. If the drivers would simply follow the provided instructions, they could easily place the packages out of sight behind the tree. Lately, they have been misleading by taking pictures that do not show where the packages are left, adding to my frustration. The mental anguish created by this situation is becoming unbearable.

Amazon drivers are still using my private dirt drive at [redacted] Openshaw Rd., White Hall, MD [redacted] to access my neighbors' property at [redacted] Kirkwood Shop Rd., White Hall, MD [redacted]. Despite posting No Trespassing and No Delivery Vehicles signs, as well as using cones to block the route, they continue to enter the property. Conversations with the drivers have not resolved the issue, as they claim their instructions require them to take that path. This is private property, not a public road, creating a safety hazard as farm workers use the drive while Amazon trucks speed through it. Amazon should update their navigation system to prevent drivers from being directed through private property.

I have been eagerly waiting for a package from Amazon Logistics all day. The tracking number is TBA[redacted]91. Unfortunately, I just found out from the tracking website that at 7:16 pm, the carrier couldn't access the front door to complete the delivery. The frustrating part is that there is a call box right at the entrance of the apartment building, making it impossible for the delivery person to have missed it. It seems like no effort was made to contact me. Waiting all day for this package has been disappointing and unacceptable.

I have previously contacted Amazon regarding delivery issues at [redacted] Harlem in Glenview, IL. The townhouse is located at the end of a shared driveway with [redacted] and [redacted] Harlem. The drivers have difficulty maneuvering due to overhanging balconies causing damage. I have witnessed three instances of trucks damaging the balconies at [redacted] Harlem. I can be reached at [redacted] for more details. I suggest drivers park at the beginning of the driveway and walk a short distance instead of attempting to navigate it with trucks. I am a prime customer and I'm trying to track down my package. My order, which should have had a 2-day shipping guarantee, is now estimated to take 5 days. The package was shipped on Monday, left Kentucky around 6:35 last night, and I believe it's on its way to Pittsburgh, which is just under 5 hours away from the Kentucky location. However, it hasn't been updated since it left Kentucky about 14 hours ago. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering I paid for expedited service and the package is crucial. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order.

I'm experiencing a frustrating situation with my undelivered parcel by Swiship de. The tracking was inconsistent, stating it was delivered when no one was home to receive it. I made two orders on Amazon, and they switched the delivery service to TBA. Unfortunately, both orders were returned to Amazon as undeliverable even though I provided detailed instructions and my phone number. My daughter bought some palm leaf plates and utensils for her brother's wedding. However, the food caterer arrived late and did not use our plates as it was quicker for them to use their own. Order number 14 [redacted] [redacted] for the My Little Ponies set arrived today. I was expecting a set of 6 ponies but it only came with 5. I can send a photo to illustrate the issue. I bought this set for my niece and nephew, planning to give them 3 ponies each. Their mom used to collect and play with My Little Ponies for hours, so I know they will love these. The fact that this set doesn't have synthetic hair is great for little kids. Unfortunately, the return options don't guarantee I'll receive the missing pony. Your help resolving this would be much appreciated. It's always nice to connect with another fan of these "pretty ponies"! The missing pony is Twilight Sparkle.

I received a notification regarding my purchase from Naked Nutrition (not Amazon) with tracking number TBA[redacted]50, indicating that it was delivered by Amazon on Saturday, which I did not receive.
Upon contacting Naked Nutrition, they advised me to reach out to Amazon Logistics for assistance. However, the automated prompts on Amazon have not been helpful, and I am struggling to find a solution. The package was not ordered through Amazon but via Naked Nutrition, as stated below:

I purchased an item from Amazon, and unfortunately, I received a package that was open with no product inside. I contacted customer service, and they reshipped the item to me. The next day, I found the replacement package also open and left on my porch. My security cameras confirmed that the packages were delivered by Amazon and were not tampered with after delivery. This is the second time this has occurred, and I suspect that someone may be stealing the contents of these packages, as they are delivered visibly opened and empty.

I received a delivery from Amazon Logistics, which I ordered for an event tomorrow. Unfortunately, one of the four dresses I ordered was the WRONG size, unlike the other three correct sized dresses I received. This mistake was quite disappointing as it seems there was a lapse in checking the item before shipping. It's frustrating that a person attending the event will now be without a dress due to this error. I am very upset and disappointed by this failure in service. I am wondering who will take accountability for this mistake during the busy holiday season.
