I waited in the lobby by the sole entrance to my building, following the Amazon Logistics tracker as it showed the delivery progressing from two stops away to one stop. Suddenly, it indicated the package was delivered, claiming it was "handed directly to resident," though no delivery was made. Despite over an hour on the phone, a resolution was elusive. The representative reordered one of the four items for delivery in two days, canceling the other three without attempting to reach the driver. This incident adds to a running list of more than ten erroneous deliveries in the past year, following two decades of reliable service from UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

I am currently a trial member of Amazon Prime and was expecting a delivery today. However, the tracking status claims that an attempt was made to deliver my package at 5:30 pm. I was at home with a clear view of the front door and did not hear any delivery attempt. After contacting Amazon customer service, I was transferred to their logistics department where I spoke with a supervisor named Arlene. Despite my concerns, she was unhelpful and even mentioned that I was only on a trial membership. I requested information on the outcome of my complaint but was denied any updates. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, I asked for her supervisor's name but unfortunately did not receive any details about my package. The interaction ended abruptly when Arlene hung up on me.

Regarding my recent order, ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted], I received an email earlier today indicating a delivery attempt was made but the package couldn't be left at my door. Despite being home the entire day, I may have missed the delivery due to being briefly occupied in another room or having headphones on. A more audible knock on the door would have helped. In comparison, UPS and USPS routinely leave packages without issue. Moving forward, I kindly request that delivery personnel knock loudly during delivery attempts. To avoid uncertainties, I may opt for Amazon Locker for future deliveries since Amazon Logistics deliveries seem less reliable.

The Amazon package delivery driver has been leaving resident packages outside the leasing office doors. Upon arriving to open the office, I find a pile of packages left there. We have a policy of not accepting packages in the leasing office, and our residents are aware of this. Please instruct the driver(s) to deliver the packages to each apartment instead. I recently received an email from someone claiming to be Cathy Williams, offering to sell me a [redacted] Toyota Tacoma via Amazon Logistics. She mentioned that the car is currently located in Hamilton, Montana, and that using Amazon Logistics would be the safest way to proceed. I need to contact an Amazon Logistics representative regarding my order tracking. This morning at 11 a.m., I used a provided link that directed me to a live chat support through tawk.to. Despite expecting to connect with Amazon Logistics, the individual on chat claimed to be from that service and mentioned that an agent would call me within two hours about my order. It's now 2:28 p.m., past the promised call time and the scheduled delivery timeframe, with no communication about any delays. I find this delay concerning.

On November 1st, my delivery went missing, and the driver left it outside an unfamiliar house, as shown in the photo. Despite contacting Logistics, I only received two non-informative emails asking me to choose between a replacement or a refund. I opted for a refund but have not received any further updates. I am unsure if the refund has been processed as I have not heard back since the weekend.

I have experienced issues with Amazon Logistics losing two out of the three deliveries I had. This situation has made me reluctant to place new orders due to the lack of control over the delivery service. Prior to this, I had never encountered lost items. Amazon informed me that they were unable to locate the first lost item. The second item was supposedly delivered to a "mail room," but I reside in a house without any apartment complex mail rooms in the vicinity. I purchased an iPad Air from Amazon from a third-party seller on November 23, [redacted], expecting it the next day as a Prime member. However, I didn't receive it on the 24th as promised. I placed an order for a computer on Amazon with tracking ID TBA[redacted]00 on November 23rd, initially expected to arrive by November 30th. Despite reassurances from Amazon customer service, the package failed to arrive by the rescheduled deadline of December 5th. The tracking details now indicate it has not been delivered. Despite multiple reassurances of rescheduling, the package remains undelivered, causing significant inconvenience. While the package is in Baton Rouge, I am frustrated by the repeated delays and lack of a firm delivery date. I am experiencing issues with a driver in Richmond, CA not delivering my packages despite claiming there is no gate code to access my building. There is no gate code required as the property is accessible. Despite being contacted, the driver inaccurately marked their location as Oak Grove Rd which is not near my address. Concerned about the repeated incidents, especially since a previous package had a similar problem and was only delivered after I voiced my complaint to Amazon. Good evening, I am a recently former employee of two Amazon delivery contractors, Second Samuel Transport & Allegiance Logistics, located at Amazon Flex facility on [redacted] Carolina Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. I would like to report an incident that occurred today involving one of your Prime vehicles. When I arrived for my shift, I noticed that the backup camera on the Prime Van I was assigned was broken and showing a black screen. I immediately informed the dispatcher on duty and expressed my discomfort in driving the vehicle, especially in the area of my route. Despite feeling unsafe, I was only given the option to surrender my route, which I did to avoid any potential risks. Subsequently, I received a message from the company owner terminating my employment for what he deemed a "terminating offense to the job". I believe that in situations like this, where driver safety is a concern, termination is unjustified. I followed safety protocols by using my best judgement and addressing the issue promptly. I am uncertain if third-party companies have guidelines to ensure vehicle safety compliance, but I believe incidents like this need to be addressed to avoid jeopardizing driver safety. I am a loyal Prime member and spend thousands of dollars a month with your company. Recently, I have encountered a significant issue with missing packages. In the past week alone, six of my orders have gone missing, and despite reaching out to your customer service center, I have not received adequate assistance. I am not currently complaining about an order, but I want to share my dissatisfaction with the delivery service. In the past, I never had issues with other carriers like the post office, UPS, or FedEx. Since Amazon moved to using its own drivers, I have faced multiple problems with deliveries, having to retrieve my packages from neighbors many times. The small compensation credit of $5 or $10 feels inadequate considering the frequent inconveniences and the increased membership fees. I am disappointed with the decline in service quality. Is there a way to request using UPS, FedEx, or the Post Office for my deliveries instead of Amazon's logistics? The Amazon Logistics delivery service at my apartment complex seems to face challenges. Repeatedly, the delivery person brings my packages to the main office instead of delivering them directly to my door, causing delays in receiving my orders. This has resulted in extended shipping times and inconvenience for me as I need to collect packages from the office during limited hours. I have also expressed my preference for packages to be delivered to my door or for a knock at least, with limited success so far. This situation is concerning as the apartment complex is not liable for any issues that may arise with packages left at the office.

Today, one of your drivers struck my parked car on Cemetery road in Houghton Regis. The neighbor witnessed the incident and intervened, confronting the driver. The driver identified himself as Andrew McCandless with license plate CK66XEL. Despite the evident damage, the driver seemed rushed and left hastily without exchanging information. I reached out to the driver later, and he seemed uncertain on how to handle the situation. As a childminder relying on my car for work, I am greatly disappointed by this encounter and the delay in resolving the matter. I will be contacting my insurance company promptly to address the damages caused. Action is needed to prevent similar incidents from occurring.

I bought an important instructional book last Thursday, needing it by Monday morning. On Saturday afternoon, I received a message from Amazon stating the delivery driver couldn't access my building, which is untrue as it's open. This issue happens frequently on weekends. After contacting Amazon and being directed to Amazon Logistics, the representative mentioned sending a message to the driver for redelivery that night or by Sunday. Unfortunately, when I checked on Sunday afternoon, the package hadn't moved, and now I'm stuck with no assistance from Amazon Logistics or Amazon. The suggestion to reorder is not helpful since I require the book for tomorrow morning.

I am frustrated with the repeated issues I've had with Logistics delivery service and their failure to follow my specific delivery instructions for my Amazon Prime packages. Despite contacting them multiple times, including on Monday, September 29th, to request that packages be left at the side door and not on the front decks as per the manager's notes, the situation has not improved. I am currently speaking with an Amazon Logistics supervisor named Michelle who has not been helpful.
