I need one of my passengers name changed, there was a spelling error. I called over the phone to book a flight because I couldn't book online. The lady that attended me was nice but didn't spell my sister's last name right. She did spell it correctly when she sent it to my email which has the same last name on it (I have my maiden name email still as a main email). I need help and called as soon as I noticed the error online when she emailed me the literary.

I called Allegiant's customer service number and waited a very long time about more than * hr. Approximatepy *.* hrs the last time, I called * times within * days, my called dropped the * previous times. It was a sinple fix, I just gave the customer service representative my confirmation number and she asked me to hold. It took less than * mins to fix but was a long long wait on the phone.
