We are struggling to modify or cancel our flight and car reservation as the website keeps giving us errors. Despite spending hours waiting on hold with customer service, we were unable to connect with a representative. On a positive note, we discovered that using the number provided for canceled flights can connect you with a person faster. Although we were ultimately able to speak with someone, it was too late. We are disputing the charges due to our multiple failed attempts to reach out over three days. Unfortunately, we had to absorb the cost of the flight, but we did receive a credit voucher for the car rental after contacting the alternative number. Consider investing in their travel-flex option if there's even a slight possibility of needing to adjust your travel plans.

My parents were on flight [redacted] from Kansas City to Punta Gorda on Friday, June 14th. They experienced a 4-hour delay in Kansas City without receiving any food or drink vouchers. To make matters worse, the flight landed in Clearwater instead of their intended destination. At 1 am, they were only given $50 and left to fend for themselves. I ended up driving 2 hours to pick them up instead of the 20 minutes it would have taken from the original airport. We arrived home in Cape Coral at 5 am instead of the expected 10 pm. Given their age, being in their 60s, my parents were greatly inconvenienced by this ordeal. Providing a mere $50 as compensation was not sufficient, especially considering the additional expenses they would have incurred without my assistance. I believe a fair resolution is warranted since the airline failed to fulfill its obligation to get them to their final destination as planned.

While in Indianapolis checking in for my flight, I handed over my Driver's License to the agent for luggage weighing. After being asked to adjust the weight, a different agent allowed me through security. However, I realized my license was not returned. When I went back, one agent rudely claimed she didn't keep it, while the other suggested I continue without it. This caused delays, and I boarded last. Now, in another state without my ID and no other photo ID, I urgently need assistance. Please contact me today at [redacted].

I have a query regarding medically essential baggage. I will be carrying a CPAP machine in its own case and an insulated cooler transporting medication for a liver trial study. The cooler measures 11x11x10 and will contain prefilled syringes or disposed syringes. I need to know if these items qualify as free medically necessary items and how to check them. I will carry documentation of the trial and contact details. As I prepare to book my flight, I am unsure about luggage regulations. Additionally, I will have a backpack with my laptop for carry-on that fits under the seat. My flight is to Florida for an appointment and then back to Indiana.

I need assistance with adding a carry-on bag to my Allegiant booking for my family's flight from OKC to Fort Walton Beach tonight. Despite trying through the app and waiting on hold for an hour, I couldn't accomplish it. Can this be done at the airport? Any prompt info is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Booking reference: 94NP9P I've had a disappointing experience with Allegiant's customer service! After waiting on hold for 3 hours unsuccessfully, our flight got delayed and later canceled without much communication. The rescheduled flight caused us to lose money on a hotel night, rental car, and parking, not to mention a day of our vacation. When I contacted Allegiant through email and live chat afterwards, there was no understanding, compensation, or assistance offered. This experience has made me uncertain about choosing Allegiant for future travels.

I am having difficulty reaching Allegiant Air at their phone number [redacted]. Every time I call, I receive a busy signal and cannot connect to a representative to inquire about setting up Special Assistance for my sister, who requires a wheelchair or transport chair at the Indianapolis Airport for our trip to Las Vegas. I also need clarification on whether Indianapolis Airport can print her boarding pass as she will not have it beforehand for our journey on June 26. Additionally, I am curious about the $5 fee for the boarding pass printing service and if it can be paid in cash at the airport or if it will be charged to the credit card used for booking our flights.

I have been attempting to contact Allegiant regarding my 95-year-old mother's upcoming flight. I booked special services including a wheelchair for her and she will be checking 2 bags. Unfortunately, there is no curb check-in at Orlando/Sanford airport. I will obtain a gate pass to assist her and need an additional one for my husband. Due to my recent eye surgery, my husband will help with her walker and luggage as I have lifting restrictions. I must accompany her until she boards the plane. I want to confirm if we can both receive gate passes. The itinerary number is #96M462. Moreover, my brother in Roanoke will require a gate pass to meet her. In a past experience flying with Allegiant, my mother faced challenges upon arrival, which is why I stay with her. This time, due to my situation, my husband must accompany us. Can you kindly provide gate passes for 2 people at Orlando and 1 for Larry Lilly at Roanoke?

I am looking to provide medical documentation for canceling reservation 96G4ZD due to a medical emergency involving our son, Mathias G Russ. Mathias is currently unable to travel, and his parents, Matthias and MaryLou Russ, had to cancel the booking. We aim to reschedule the trip once he is capable of traveling. I am having difficulty submitting the medical evidence. I was disconnected after being on hold for over 50 minutes with Customer Relations and missed the live chat connection after a 21-minute wait. The email I have instructs me to send the information to [redacted], but it only allows automatic cancellation. I'm unsure if this will suffice for addressing the medical reason for cancellation. Will this process lead to a refund or voucher, or is there more I need to do? MaryLou Russ, [redacted]

I booked a flight for my daughter departing from Sanford/Orlando Airport. Unfortunately, she was held up by security due to an issue with her ID, causing her to miss her flight. Before the trip, she had to replace her lost license in Florida. The new one only had her maiden name, not her married name. The DMV required her marriage license and an additional fee to correct it, despite her old licenses having the correct name. She tried explaining with her birth certificate, but the airport agent detained her, even laughing at the situation. Despite family's efforts, she couldn't board the plane and had to purchase a new ticket from Orlando International Airport to Rochester, NY, where she was headed for my wedding. This was emotionally and financially distressing. Upon her return, there were no ID issues at Rochester, and the staff quickly rectified the name discrepancy. I've contacted Allegiant, who mentioned it might take up to 60 days to resolve. Trying to reach customer service has been challenging with long wait times, which is unacceptable.

I am disappointed with the cancellation of my $[redacted] voucher for the Niagara to Punta Gorda flight on June 14, [redacted]. Due to this cancellation, I had to buy a $[redacted] ticket from Southwest Airlines to Florida. Additionally, I incurred expenses of $[redacted] for staying overnight at the Sheraton Buffalo, $50 for dinner, $10 for breakfast, and $10 for a shared Uber ride. Unfortunately, the 48-hour expiry date on the form was troublesome as it wouldn't work properly for a Canadian resident like myself. I am seeking reimbursement for the total of $[redacted] USD due to these inconveniences. It has been frustrating trying to reach customer service with no success.

I am reaching out for assistance once again. My family and I have a flight booked with Allegiant for Sunday, June 23rd, to Destin, Florida. I made the reservation for the flight and a car rental with Alamo via Allegiant, using my Allegiant Credit Card. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with our car rental dates. The reservation shows that we must return the car on Wednesday, June 26th, while we actually need it until July 1st. Despite reaching out via email and a phone call to Alamo, we were directed back to Allegiant for resolution. I attempted to contact someone by phone but only found options for email and chat. When I tried the chat option, I was informed of a 37-minute wait and eventually abandoned the conversation. By the time I checked my email, the response had expired, necessitating a phone call. However, after a lengthy hold, I regrettably hung up. In the future, I may opt to book directly with the car rental company.

I am dealing with a family emergency and I have been trying to contact customer service to change my flight, but have had no success. I waited over an hour on the phone last night with no response, and today I am only getting a busy signal. Trying to rebook my trip has already cost me an extra $[redacted], which is more than the original round-trip fare of $[redacted]. It is frustrating that I cannot reach anyone at the airline to discuss possible options and feel like I am being forced to overpay due to the lack of customer service. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope the airline addresses these issues to better serve their customers.

I recently booked and paid for my daughter's flight with Allegiant from LAX to BLI on 6-25-[redacted] at 8:00AM. I completed her check-in the night before and emailed her the boarding pass. Despite printing it at Kinko's, security at the airport couldn't scan it, causing her to miss the flight. Allegiant staff informed her she needed a mobile boarding pass, which was not feasible as she doesn't own a cell phone. The airline departed without waiting, even though she had checked in online and had a physical boarding pass. Thankfully, there's still time to rebook for her brother's wedding, but I am disappointed with how Allegiant managed the situation. - Marie T.

I was initially on flight #[redacted], which got canceled. We were then switched to flight #[redacted], but that got canceled as well. I was promised a $[redacted] travel voucher and $[redacted] for accommodations. Unfortunately, the replacement flight was full, leading to a mile-long line at the reservation desk. I managed to book another Allegiant flight online from AVL to SFB, but it cost me $[redacted] one way. Missing work as an hourly employee, I estimate this situation has cost me approximately $[redacted].

I experienced flight disruptions on Allegiant, flight [redacted] from Asheville to Sanford, resulting in multiple cancellations. Despite being promised $[redacted] in vouchers and $[redacted] in compensation, the process to rebook was chaotic as many passengers queued up. I managed to secure a one-way ticket for $[redacted] online for the following day. Considering expenses for missed work, accommodations, meals, and the additional ticket, this trip's total cost is estimated between $[redacted] and $[redacted]. As I'm an hourly wage earner, it has been a significant financial burden. I believe Allegiant should provide a refund for the $[redacted] ticket I had to purchase unexpectedly.

My flight from SWF to Myrtle Beach was canceled last night due to a tire malfunction. The rescheduled flight isn't until 7/6/19, which is unacceptable for multiple reasons. I require a specialty medication for Multiple Sclerosis that costs over $4,[redacted] per month and I'm running low on other essential medications like baclofen, Neurontin, morphine, and fentanyl, which are controlled substances with serious consequences if stopped abruptly. I request to be put on an alternate airline flying into OAJ for a timely return home. I believe an additional flight should have been arranged to assist all stranded passengers. Additionally, one Allegiant employee was extremely rude and used inappropriate language in front of passengers, including young children. I am seeking vouchers for future flights to compensate for the stress caused by these incidents. Furthermore, my husband had to pay $[redacted] for a motel last night to wait and see if I could fly, and I request reimbursement for this expense. Thank you, an unsatisfied customer, Lori McGraw.

Hello, I'm Robert J. Owens. I recently inquired about the Veterans honors program and was informed by a representative that I would receive a luggage refund by showing my VA card or DD214 at check-in. However, I have not yet received the refund and am unsure of the process to follow. I attempted to call twice, waiting over an hour the first time and 45 minutes the second time, without any response. My flight details are as follows: June 4, [redacted] Confirmation #: 7WH2ZF Flight #: [redacted] Departing from Cincinnati Northern 2 checked bags June 10, [redacted] Confirmation #: 7WH7JH Flight #: [redacted] Departing from Orlando Sanford, Florida 1 checked bag I appreciate the program for Veterans and Service Members. Upon arrival home on Saturday night, my checked luggage failed to appear on the turnstile. I have been diligently searching for assistance for the past three days but have only received an email acknowledging my inquiry. Attempts to seek help at the airport and from corporate have been fruitless, as corporate staff seem only able to assist with ticket bookings and the baggage department remains unreachable. Despite the bags being checked in with ample time prior to the short flight, my efforts to locate them have been in vain. It is crucial that I connect with a representative promptly to address this issue.

I coordinated my car rental when I bought my Allegiant airline tickets. I find it unreasonable that Allegiant charges $[redacted] for a rental confirmation number. It was confusing as I thought the total price included both my flight and the car rental. When I arrived at the rental facility, I was surprised to find out I still had to pay for the entire rental. My error was not carefully reading the fine print, which I believe most customers miss as well. Allegiant appears to take advantage of this oversight. The additional fees for flying with Allegiant are excessive and feel like a rip-off. Additionally, Allegiant should consider hiring more staff to handle the high volume of customer service calls, given the unacceptably long wait times of up to an hour and a half.

Hello, I have a reservation with confirmation # 92PS74 for a flight departing from Sanford, Florida on July 15th and returning to Allentown, PA on the same day. Due to a sudden medical issue that may require surgery this week, I am unable to travel. I would like to explore the option of putting these tickets on hold with a fee or changing the reservation to a later date later this year. I am scheduled for some CT scans this week and unlikely to be able to travel next week. Could you please assist me with this matter? Thank you, John D.
