Usually we receive emails starting about ** days prior to flight, then every * or * days, with updated itinerary. We haven’t received anything to date, yet we have a confirmed flight on Thursday (Jan **th) from Bellingham to Mesa. Original departure time was **:**, now it shows **:** which I need confirmed. We also tried paying for seat selection on-line and for some reason won’t accept our Visa which is the same one we paid the flights with. We would like to speak with a customer service rep. Thankyou.
