They claimed it got sent back to them. We agreed on a re-send, since my purchase protection got already closed at that time. Let me copy here their message:**Dear Customer,*We are so sorry for the issue.*This package has been returned to us.*How about refunding you $ **.** as the discount in the next new order? It never happened. I contacted them again, asking for a refund. They told me how to place a formal refund request. They asked my not to choose the real reason of my refund request. Again, I would like to copy their original message:**Dear Customer,*We would like to refund to you if you want as you are our valued customer.*Please open a dispute, but could you do us a favor and choose the personal reason? Please understand that other reasons will hurt us a lot.
