I have bought several items on Aliexpress for months. I never submitted a dispute if i have received my items. I would normallt first ask a seller to extend protection time before i put in a dispute. Even if i had the right to do it because Ali give us a specific guarantee that a parcel will be delivered in a specific time. I had a problem with a specific seller named Claudia's shop where i bought * whatches earlier in ****. I got only * which * was broken when i have opened the parcel. Unfortunately i ordered more from this order before i had my first bad experience. I asked for extention of protection after i did not received it within the guaranteed time. I waited more time but when it still did not come within ** days i submitted a dispute. I made a mistake by not waited untill the protection time was over but due to my bad experience i was angry and just want to get my order finalized with this seller. Up till today i still did not received the order and it might now be more than *** days from date that i have submitted that order. The next thing i saw my account was blocked. I have submitted a request to reopen but my request was ignored. I have a lot of open items and i can see some of them are canceled before it was send. This means i cannot put in a dispute and must just except the fact that i will lose my money.*My experience with Aliexpress is that i will receive some of my orders and some not. I really enjoyed shopping on Aliexpress due to the fast verity of items and want to ask you to reopen my account please. I am not dishonest.
