I'm here to make a report against a seller by name NYUWA.*I place an order on the **th of November **** and the money was taken off my account I was expecting to get the hair I order for but unfortunately I got an email from the seller asking me to wait for ** days before I can get my order. I told her I can't wait for that long, why did she take the money of my account if she knows she wasn't going to send the product. and the next thing I got was message from the seller saying that if I don't cancel the order I'm not going to get my money back and she keeps on sending me the same message over some days asking me to cancel the order or else I won't get my money back. **On the **th of November **** I got an email that the seller has sent the product out for me, I was checking on the tracking number only to find out that the seller sent a fake tracking number to me and she did not send hair to me the hair was sent to Wembley in United Kingdom which is not my address. My address on your site is stated as ** Jerome Street, flat ** Jerome Court, Leicester. LE* *DJ. United Kingdom. and my phone number is also on the site but if you look into the tracking record you will see that the item was sent to Wembley not my address this seller is a fraudster. In this case is very clear that the seller does not have any intention whatsoever to send a product out for me because it clearly stated that if I don't cancel the order I will not get my money back.**I am wondering why AliExpress would allow A Seller like this to continue taking money from innocent people that are here to purchase an item. *I want to know why AliExpress would allow the money to be taken from my account without the product been sent to me. This money has been taken off my account since * weeks ago and I've been charged for international transaction from my bank. if a refund is being made is the seller going to refund the money that the bank has charged me also for it, am I going to get my full money back with the charges incurred by the bank.**I am not the first person this seller has been taking money from without sending the product I have seen ** other customer complaining about the same seller and AliExpress has not taken any action against the seller and I think that's why this seller continue to do this. This is very disgraceful that a big company as AliExpress would not protect their customer from sellers like this it is very sad.**I look forward to hearing from you shortly regarding this issue and if action is not taken as soon as possible this seller will continue to take people money **If you need evidence of the text messages that I got from the seller I'm happy to send it to you and also you can check my AliExpress account you will see all the messages between me and the seller on the site
