I was trying to contact customer service via chat (because apparently they don't have phone numbers), and as of now, I have literally chatted with more than thirty representatives already, with no help. They all say a version or two of the same things: they'll escalate my case, I will receive an email, they don't have a supervisor around, and lastly I will not have to worry, I will get my money on time (yeah, right, it's now almost three months and I still haven't received my refund). I wanna add that I have processed a refund before with a seller (product defect) and the refund came very quickly. But apparently, if it's AliExpress itself (and not the seller) cheating on you, you will never get your refund. Ever ... Hi, *I ordered four items from AliExpress (from different sellers) and paid them at once. The status on my AliEpxress said "Payment being verified". A few days later, it still showed "Payment being verified". I contacted AliExpress and asked why they are still verifying my payment, when it's supposed to go through after twenty-four hours. The customer service said I have to wait. So, I waited. I did see that the money was already taken from my bank, because I checked my netbank. Two weeks and it still showed "Payment being verified", so I contacted AliExpress again. I asked them if I should just cancel my order or I would have to wait forever for the status to change. The customer service rep said yes, just cancel it. So I did. It's been two months now, and I still haven't received any refund. The refund status hasn't change from "Fund processing". Until now, it's still being processed. AliExpress is supposed to process refunds within twenty days. I have contacted AliExpress more than twenty times already, and everytime, they gave me different answers. They told me to contact iDeal, which I did, and iDeal forwarded my case to PPRO Financial Ltd., PPRO told me that I should get in touch with AliExpress and just gave me a reference number. AliExpress kept telling me to contact my bank, which I have done many times already. The bank told me I have to contact AliExpress because they're the ones who should send the refund, not the bank, which is of course logical. Some AliExpress agents promised emails that never came. Some emailed me but with the same advice of either calling the bank or contacting iDeal. AliExpress has the WORST customer service, ever, ever. I don't mind broken English, but different information each time? Really? And whenever I ask for a supervisor*manager, they'd tell me they don't have one. The last rep I chatted with promised me an email with an ACR or ARC (I can't remember), but instead she sent me an email saying: Since your order was closed within twenty-four hours verification process, the money wasn't sent to AliExpress, so you have to contact your bank. First of all, the verification process was already way past the twenty-four hours since already two weeks passed and still payment verification status didn't change. Second, they DID take out money from my bank and I have proof of it, I have a bank statement. They have got to stop sending me elsewhere, because my money is not with the bank or with anyone else. It's with them. I want them to take responsibility. They have got to refund me my money.
First of all, why is my issue showing as "fixed"? Um, GetHuman, I didn't say it was fixed, nor did I see a button to click when my issue is already fixed or what. GetHuman???
Yep. Tried everything: called the bank, emailed iDeal who forwarded my email straight to PPRO Alipay who threw me back at AliExpress, saying that AliExpress didn't file any refund for me, so they can't really send me back my money, that I have to contact AliExpress again...
