I was trying to get a partial refund, it did not work. ... I ordered a dress, the dress was damaged lining sewn as shell. I opened dispute in time no one responded. I contacted the seller biu*biu store, the seller asked for pictures, it took one month for her to decide, finally she said she will give me $* discount if I order again!! she kept me waiting a month so the dispute will expire, very crooked way of business and unprofessional. The pictures clearly showed the dress was damaged, the seller told me to give it to my friends!!! this is the order number Order ID: ****************I am very disappointed especially I order a lot from aliexpress and never had a problem.*Please help me with this issue.
they simply want to send a damaged merchandise to customers and pocket the money, they have absolutely no business ethics. I offered several times to send the product back, they do not want it. they know clearly it is worthless.
