I purchased a ribbon printer from a supplier in China through Alibaba and used a shipping agent there. The machine arrived in good condition but was not working properly. The supplier refused to fix it, claiming it was my fault. Local repair services revealed a defective board and suggested purchasing a new one. The supplier offered to ship a new board for $90 but wanted payment outside of Alibaba. After insisting on an Alibaba order for buyer protection, the supplier created an order for papers instead of the board due to Alibaba limitations. I am concerned about raising a complaint if issues arise because I paid for papers instead of the main board.

I wanted to purchase merchandise (shoes) from Guyisa Safety. Their representative, Amanda, has been giving me the runaround. Initially, she promised me the option to buy tennis shoes in installments, but once I sent them $[redacted], everything changed. Amanda's attitude towards me shifted, becoming disrespectful and even mocking. I intended to buy 3,[redacted] pairs of shoes, and while the advertisement on the page seemed promising, the actual details were quite different. The delivery cost turned out to be $15,[redacted], far from what was initially suggested. I noticed that Alibaba offers refunds if the business deal falls through, but I have not received any resolution yet.

Hello, I need help resolving an issue with the incorrect solar inverter I received from Must. I purchased a Must PH 10 - 3648A inverter from Must on [redacted]-04-30, but they delivered a PH 50 - 3600M inverter instead, which is unsuitable for my needs. The incorrect inverter lacks necessary approval in Slovakia and does not meet my requirements for exporting energy to the public power grid. I've been in contact with Magi from Must for two months now, but have not made any progress towards resolving the issue. I have proposed various solutions, including replacing the inverter with the correct model or supplementing it with an AC coupled inverter to achieve the required specifications. I've invested a significant amount in this solar system and urgently need it to be operational so I can start generating power. I bought 3 lightning links and manuals, but have not received the manuals even after requesting them multiple times. My Bengal Treasure machine is not triggering the money balls on one denomination correctly. It spins it 3 times but never gives another coin. I have reset it several times with no solution. I need urgent assistance to know how to fix this or if it's a board issue. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the company representative. We are a start-up that needed to transfer money promptly, but faced delays. Additionally, the representative Googled the address where we requested samples to be sent, which happened to be my mother's store. Instead of contacting me, he messaged my mother on her private WhatsApp with catalogs, even though she is not involved in our business, I only provided the address. Subsequently, he made unauthorized comments on my personal Instagram account. I am shocked by these actions, especially during the holiday season.

Hello, I purchased three pairs of pants on AliExpress with order number [redacted][redacted] totaling 88.17 €. Due to the small size, I requested a return, which the seller approved. The return was sent back with the seller's agreement and arrived at the depot in Villepinet, France, on December 3, [redacted]. Despite following all the return procedures correctly, I have received no response to my messages. I have been unable to reach anyone through AliExpress customer service, only receiving automated responses. I am a loyal customer and have placed multiple orders with AliExpress, even after this issue arose. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter as I feel unfairly treated. Thanks.

Hello, I bought a solar floor lamp from "Zhongshan Sunlink Lighting Technology" through Alibaba, hoping for protection against scams. Unfortunately, after discussions with Amanda Wu, I realized I received a different model than the one I ordered. Furthermore, the provided FedEx tracking number turned out to be false, and no item was shipped to me. This experience has been filled with deception and lies. However, when the design was completed, she suddenly raised the price to $[redacted], claiming it was a misunderstanding. I had stressed the urgency of the matter due to waiting customers. Her attempt to take advantage of the situation and pressure me was unacceptable. I intended to place a significant order but now have lost trust due to this incident. I encountered an issue with the payment process via the Trade Assurance Order Details link provided. Upon consulting with an IT expert, it was discovered that the payment link was missing from the supplier's window. Additionally, there were discrepancies in the pricing information displayed, with certain details only being communicated during chat conversations. The seller also mentioned additional shipping costs despite advertising free shipping to certain European countries. Despite requesting the seller to provide the necessary payment link for the specific models I intended to purchase, I have yet to receive a response. As a buyer, I am concerned about proceeding with the payment without proper documentation. I have encountered an issue with an Alibaba trade assurance order involving a Shanghai company. Despite paying the deposit, no work was done for 6 months, and when they did perform, an essential part was neglected. I sought a refund, but the Chinese Dispute team seemed ineffective. In a last resort, I managed to communicate with Alibaba's Executive Vice Chairman Joseph C. Tsai through Facebook Messenger. Although the chat record is intact, the Facebook page appears closed. Mr. Tsai informed me that Alibaba had investigators on the case and was taking action against the vendor, which contradicts the response I received from Alibaba's customer service. They are unwilling to facilitate contact with Mr. Tsai's office. This discrepancy between Mr. Tsai's reassurances and the staff's actions is perplexing. Any advice on reaching Mr. Tsai or the next steps would be greatly appreciated. I am seeking to report fraudulent activity on Alibaba as the dispute team is wrongfully withholding my $[redacted]. It has been more than 90 days, and Alibaba is not upholding their trade assurance policy. I possess evidence that the company FUNSUN is facing issues with their shippers, which do not pertain to me. I have severed ties with this company and no longer desire their printers. The printers have been in the USA for over 45 days due to a dispute between the shipping company and FUNSUN, unrelated to me. I am not interested in their printers any longer and am demanding a full refund. This embargo situation does not involve me. I recently received a UPS shipping label and document description from FUNSUN after not hearing from them for over 90 days, which is unacceptable. Upon checking the UPS tracking number 1ZX2W[redacted][redacted], it is evident FUNSUN created the label on 12/07/[redacted], but the printers were never shipped or delivered. According to the shipping progress document, the printers arrived in the USA on 12/22/21. As of 01/10/22, they were awaiting a pickup truck for delivery from California to New York. However, due to an embargo issue, the printers have been in the USA for over 45 days. I request immediate action under the trade assurance policy. This unfavorable experience has deterred me from future transactions on Alibaba. If my concerns are not addressed, I will take my business elsewhere. As a minority small business owner supporting four children, I urge Alibaba to refund my $[redacted] promptly. I cannot endure further delays.

Hello, I am encountering difficulties with a supplier and I am unsure of the best course of action. After making a significant purchase, one item has been delivered, but there are ongoing discussions regarding the second item. It has come to my attention that the supplier overcharged me for the item. I am considering canceling the order to seek a refund and sourcing the products from another supplier. However, I am worried it might be a lengthy process. The order number for the main purchase is [redacted][redacted]1 for a cryolipolysis machine with some confusion in the description. The pending order for the small handle is under number [redacted][redacted]1. In November [redacted], I placed my first order on Alibaba for 100kg of cotton seeds. However, one month later, the seller sent me 40kg of selenium granular and then 60kg of acrylic paint, explaining that they were unsure if the cotton seeds could clear customs. FedEx informed me via email that they could not proceed through customs due to incorrect paperwork, making the shipment illegal in my country. Despite my efforts to communicate with the seller, they provided a non-compliant invoice for the 40kg, which was not what I needed. Eventually, the remaining 60kg arrived without proper documentation, leading FedEx to return all the goods for lacking paperwork. I initiated three disputes and successfully resolved them, but unfortunately, I lost both the goods and the money. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated as I am unsure of the next steps to take.

I purchased diabetes supplies for personal and charity use with an initial cost of $[redacted]. Upon making payment, the supplier requested additional fees via Western Union, first $50, then an additional $[redacted] to avoid shipping and customs fees. After sending the total amount of $1,[redacted], including the extra Western Union charges, a tracking number was provided. I later received a call claiming that I owed $[redacted] in customs fees for a package in Canada. Despite requesting a refund from the supplier and expressing concerns over the escalating charges, I was met with resistance and no resolution, ultimately feeling victimized by what appears to be a fraudulent scheme associated with Alibaba.

I have encountered issues with several of my orders where the app shows them as delivered but I have not actually received them. This has made me hesitant to place more orders. For instance, Order-ID: [redacted][redacted] and Order-ID: [redacted][redacted] among others were marked as delivered in the app, but I never received them. This situation has led me to believe that the delivery company responsible may not be fulfilling their duties. I am unsure which delivery company AliExpress uses, which makes it challenging to track down the issue. Despite sending emails through the app, I have not received any responses. The manufacturer acknowledged they forgot to ship the trailer. They attempted to issue a credit via Alibaba, offering an inadequate amount which I declined. They suggested sending the trailer to their Ontario distributor, [redacted] km away. I had no choice but to pick it up in Ontario at my own expense. I informed them I wouldn't travel in winter due to snow. Early January, I was told the trailer was in North Bay, Ontario. The distributor offered to store it for me. Unfortunately, the distributor received the goods in poor condition (paint fire damage peeling off). To retain the client, they gave my trailer to someone else. I am a client of Alibaba, not the unhelpful Ontario distributor. Alibaba needs to address this issue.

Now, after 45 years, the bank is asking me to cover the current costs to retrieve the tools.
