I tried to communicate with the seller to confirm they would cover the return shipping expense, but they did not respond after viewing the messages. I am concerned about not being refunded the £[redacted].80 if I return the item. This experience has made me hesitant to continue shopping on AliExpress. Shortly after, I received emails requesting further payment confirmation. Despite my attempts to contact customer service and the seller, I did not receive satisfactory explanations. The seller mentioned a system error but assured me my order was on its way, which was not the case as the ticket was closed due to alleged non-payment. I have attached a screenshot of my bank account showing the transaction on January 28th. I am confused about the status of my order and frustrated by the lack of response from customer service. I recently made a purchase on Aliexpress and unfortunately encountered an issue with a defective electronic item I bought. The seller initially refused to provide a full refund, but with the intervention of Aliexpress, I eventually received my funds back (Order [redacted][redacted]). However, the lack of an electronics warranty on Aliexpress remains a significant concern for me and has resulted in me choosing to no longer shop on the platform. It's become apparent that without warranties like those offered by SquareTrade on eBay, Aliexpress may continue to lose customers who value that added protection. I received a response from the AliExpress Customer Service Team regarding my dispute. The information provided in the response seems to be inaccurate. On January 7, [redacted], I received a defective product and promptly informed the seller. After some back and forth communication, I opened a dispute on January 13 to request a refund. However, on January 17, the dispute was settled strangely with a decision to refund 0.00 euros without any option to leave a review. Despite contacting customer support and facing difficulties, the seller closed the dispute abruptly without adequate explanation. I am perplexed by the lack of transparency in the process, especially since the product was faulty upon arrival. It appears there may have been a technical error or manipulation by the seller, who previously failed to fulfill another order. I urge AliExpress to investigate this situation further to ensure a fair resolution.

I am an Aliexpress customer who ordered a 24-month Netflix subscription for 19.26€ from Alibaba Translate with order number [redacted][redacted] on 08JAN22. Everything was fine until 19FEB22 when I received a message saying the service was temporarily paused until I added a bank card to renew the membership. I contacted the Company after receiving the username and password by email, and they assured me the service was for 24 months. Despite my efforts, I have been trying for several days to get the store to respond and provide a solution to my issue, but they have not contacted me. In other words, I paid for a 24-month service, but after a month, I am unable to continue enjoying it, feeling like I have been scammed with no response from them. Buying a used Motherboard for a phone or computer is risky as it may contain sensitive information. This can potentially grant unauthorized access to personal data and control over devices. After inspecting my wireless connections, I discovered that the seller, SHENZEN BILAIN ELECTRONIC CO.,LTD, had accessed my wifi network, raising concerns about my privacy and security. I have taken steps to block their access, but I am worried about the possibility of them obtaining my banking details and other personal information. This situation highlights the dangers of purchasing used electronic components and the importance of safeguarding personal data.

I am facing an issue with customs after already paying for my order. FedEx contacted me about completing custom procedures and paying tax, even though I believe I paid the necessary tax upfront. I was under the impression that the seller handles the entire delivery process, including customs. I expect to receive my order without further delays. I initiated a dispute as the tracking indicated my package was delivered, but it was not received. Today, I learned the courier had misplaced the package momentarily and finally delivered it to me. Consequently, the package is now in my possession, and all is well. Unfortunately, I noticed that a refund was already granted due to the initial dispute ruling. As I have received the package, I no longer require the refund. This item was purchased through the SocialGood App as a part of a bonus offer, thus I seek confirmation of the order for the bonus redemption within the app. I kindly request prompt assistance regarding this matter. I received an email from AliExpress providing a code to confirm my email. Despite its appearance of legitimacy, I'm uncertain about its validity and suspect it might be a phishing attempt. The email claims I'm a registered member on AliExpress, which I am not. I am wary of responding to such unsolicited emails without proper explanation. Interestingly, I recently made a purchase of auto parts from Moog and have not yet received the confirmation email for the order. Could this email be related to Moog processing orders through AliExpress? If this is the case: - Why does the email not mention Moog? - Why is there no guidance on how to use the code to confirm my email? - Why would an AliExpress vendor register me for an account I never requested? My combined order was returned because I wasn't notified when it was ready for pickup via SMS or mailbox. I didn't realize the package was available before it was sent back. The sellers communicate only in Asian languages, and they don't seem to understand my situation. When I explain that the goods were returned, they insist that the package is at the postal office and won't be sent back.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, nach dem Kauf eines Akkuschraubers musste ich feststellen, dass die Akkus nicht funktionieren. Der Verkäufer bietet mir an, den Artikel zurückzuschicken oder eine Erstattung von 8$ zu erhalten, obwohl der Schrauber 60€ kostete. Da der Versand nach China teurer ist als das Gerät selbst und ich das Paket aus Spanien erhalten habe, schlage ich vor, es dorthin zurückzuschicken. Eine Erstattung von 8$ ist für mich nicht akzeptabel, da der Schrauber deutlich mehr wert ist. Ich bitte um zeitnahe Rückmeldung, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll. Vielen Dank im Voraus. I need to update my dispute option since I selected the wrong one. My dispute has concluded, and the store advised contacting AliExpress customer service. Two months have passed since I ordered the package, but nothing has arrived. I searched multiple local post offices, but they have no record of it. I mistakenly opened a dispute believing the lost package would need to be returned. Now, I am left without the package and haven't received a refund.

I purchased a Bluetooth earphone from LXHY Sales Store (order number [redacted][redacted]). Unfortunately, one of the earbuds did not connect. I've reserved a smart weighing scale, making two bookings from the same store. The second reservation, placed on Jan. 18th, arrived at its destination before the first one, which was ordered on Jan. 15th but hasn't arrived after a month and a half. I still want the product but am having trouble tracking down the first order. The seller's unhelpful responses have made it difficult for me to open a dispute. I discovered I must wait an additional 30 days before I can proceed. Despite having paid already, I've asked the seller to resend the order or issue a refund, as it appears lost in transit. Order [redacted][redacted]. I have not received the order. I contacted Canada Post, and they informed me that the package was cleared in Mississauga, Ontario, and sent to York, Ontario. I also contacted Canada Customs, and they said packages destined for Quebec should be cleared in Quebec. I reached out to the seller (Comes Discount Store), and they told me to close the dispute and open a new one. I have done that, but it's not working. I spoke to the seller, but he hasn't read my last message and just told me to wait. It has been four days now trying to get my money back, but nothing is working. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get a refund due to a seller's address mistake. I've wasted a lot of time on this, in addition to the frustrations caused by the complex system.
