Hello, I'm Hernan Sobrino, and I have an account with the same name and email address. I'm facing an issue with my recent purchase on AliExpress. After making a payment, I received a message from a seller requesting an additional $6 for shipping, with no explanation when I inquired. The confusing part is that I purchased two items from different stores in one transaction, so I am unsure why I received this message. Furthermore, the coupons I selected have disappeared from my AliExpress app. I spent time playing a game to earn coins to exchange for these coupons, so I am quite disappointed. I need assistance clarifying if the extra $6 is for one item or both and where I can find the selected coupon promos in my app. I tried to contact Eva for help, but have not received a response. I am facing an issue with AliExpress as a package I ordered has not been delivered, even though the J-Net tracking says it was delivered on February 19, [redacted]. AliExpress requests missing parcel documents from the shipping company to resolve the matter. Despite providing evidence that the package never reached me and was returned to the seller, my complaint was dismissed unfairly. The tracking information shows the package was delivered, but this is incorrect. The tracking links provided do not show any information regarding the delivery status of my package.

I have ordered a lot from AliExpress. This time I ordered a display for a Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite with a frame from hacrin Trading Store. Unfortunately, my dispute was rejected even though I provided evidence and pictures to the seller's email address. The seller has a very negative rating on their portal. The display I received lights up after installation but the touch functionality doesn't work. I tried to return the defective item and asked the seller to provide me with a return form via email, but now the dispute is closed, and I am stuck with a faulty display. During a live chat in German, I was advised to wait for the dispute to be resolved. I was told that if I hadn't installed it correctly, the display wouldn't light up. Sincerely, Bernd H.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always made significant purchases. Lately, I have been treated poorly and I am very unsatisfied. My 7 euro bonus has been blocked for the second time and I cannot access the buddies bonus, which is unacceptable to me. Please unblock the buddies bonus or I will have to delete my account. I am an honest and loyal customer, and this is not how you treat good clients. Additionally, I am unable to claim the daily 1 euro bonus because I have supposedly exceeded my reward limit - is this a joke? I am attaching my profile information for your prompt action. Your personal assistant has not been helpful and claims to have escalated my issue multiple times without contacting me. It is frustrating that the virtual chat does not support Italian. I recently reached out to Aliexpress about an order I placed on August 23, [redacted], which I haven't received yet. I contacted them on February 7, [redacted], explaining the situation since changing phones and email. Charlotte from AliExpress responded, mentioning their closure from February 7 to 18, with operations resuming on February 22. I followed up on February 22, and they acknowledged the delay due to New Year's orders. Despite their assurance of sending my order urgently, I emphasized that my issue predates the New Year and questioned the explanation. Until now, Aliexpress hasn't addressed this concern or delivered my order promptly as promised.

I purchased a mini pc from the Topton store through AliExpress. Unfortunately, the machine broke after the first week. We filed a dispute, and initially, AliExpress instructed the seller to refund the full amount and cover the shipping costs. However, they later changed their decision and asked us to pay for the delivery ourselves without any guarantee. AliExpress transferred our funds to Topton, leaving us with a broken machine. Eva from AliExpress suggested I reach out to Topton for a partial refund of 15,[redacted] to repair the mini pc, but Topton never responded. We are disappointed as Topton has our money, and our machine remains broken. Despite our attempts, AliExpress and the seller have been unresponsive. We believe AliExpress should honor consumer protection policies. We are seeking a full refund of 20,[redacted].7 MXN$.

I need assistance with a problem I am having with a seller named "Vontar Official Store" on Eli Express. Hello, I need assistance regarding order [redacted][redacted]. I previously mentioned that it arrived in February, which is not accurate. The seller now informs me that the order is still in transit. I received a message from AliExpress addressed to Peter Roller, expressing apologies for my dissatisfaction with the order. They mentioned that the package was delivered, but if it's missing, I should contact the shipping company and provide missing parcel documents within 3 days. I am unsure about the shipping company's details or any documentation required. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the supplier to track the shipment. The supplier is the client of the shipping company, not me.

I purchased the AGM X3 smartphone and made the payment for the order on December 1, [redacted]. The seller informed me that the order was shipped on the same day with Tracking Number: RB[redacted]13SG via Shipping Method: CAINIAO_STANDARD. The tracking system initially showed waiting time for the order to arrive. Eventually, it indicated that the order had reached the destination country. However, upon checking with my local post office, they had no record of the parcel with the given tracking number. I followed the tracking system's advice to wait for an additional 42 days. After this period, I revisited the post office, and they confirmed that the parcel had arrived during the expected time frame, but my item was missing from it. They mentioned that the issue had been reported. I have decided to proceed with a dispute but require assistance on how to "Accept" the proposal provided. Thank you.

Regarding order [redacted][redacted], a complaint was lodged with the Chinese ambassador in South Africa. The seller shipped a completely faulty board to South Africa. The board was tested under extreme conditions that far exceed normal usage, making it impossible to verify the CPU's functionality. Despite being assured it was working fine, upon installation in the laptop with RAM and HDD, the CPU overheated consistently after only 10 seconds of displaying an image. This misconduct reflects poorly on China's reputation. The seller is offering a partial refund, but I am insisting on a full refund, as well as requesting that they cover the return shipping costs for their fraudulent behavior. We have purchased boards from various sources globally and have never experienced such a malicious scheme before.

I purchased hair from a seller who turned out to be a scammer, as many others have experienced. I paid £[redacted].41 for the hair, which was tangled, not the correct length, and shedding excessively. After reaching out and sending pictures to the seller, they acknowledged the issue but failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. They promised to send replacement hair but have since ignored my messages. Many customers have faced similar problems with this dishonest seller. The quality of the hair was poor, and I simply want a refund. It's disappointing that platforms like AliExpress allow scammers to operate unchecked, taking advantage of unsuspecting buyers. It's time for action to protect consumers from these fraudulent practices.

I purchased hair from a seller named Queenlike, who turned out to be a scammer that many people are complaining about. I paid [redacted].41£ for the hair, which was tangled, not the correct length, and fuzzy. When I tried to comb the hair, it kept falling out. After contacting the seller and sending pictures of the problematic hair, she admitted that it was faulty and promised to send a replacement. She mentioned sending new hair on the 37th of March, but now she is not responding to my messages. Many others are reporting similar issues with this seller, who seems to be defrauding customers by selling inferior quality hair that might not even be human hair. All I want now is a refund for my purchase.

After placing the order and receiving a confirmation, I was notified that it had been shipped. I made a purchase of a PC online three to four days ago from a market store that offered a variety of products at good prices. The store was located in France, which should result in a quick delivery to Greece. When tracking the package on Aliexpress via mobile and web browser, the status displayed is 'The packet is ready to pick up'. Given that I have experience ordering from Aliexpress before, I am concerned about the high amount of money I spent this time ([redacted] euros) and I am eager to understand the status of the package. In case the package does not arrive, I expect a refund within the 15-day protection period along with the option to open a dispute. Hopefully, there will be more clarity in the coming days regarding the situation. I have saved several screenshots of the seller's unresponsive messages to me, which differs from previous experiences with other sellers.

I purchased a wig that was supposed to be dyeable and have a free part, but it sheds a lot and has visible tracks. When I touch it, wash it, or even comb it, hair falls out excessively. The part is not really free as described, and it looks tacky with the tracks showing. I'm disappointed with this purchase and feel like my money has been wasted. The seller's behavior has been unpleasant. I requested a specific refund amount, but they only offered $20, which was not satisfactory. This wig has been expensive for me. Despite washing, running my fingers through, and combing it, the hair keeps shedding excessively. It's disheartening to see my investment going to waste. I recently discovered the seller has been incentivizing five-star reviews, making the purchase feel deceptive. I hope AliExpress can intervene by ensuring I receive a refund from the seller.

I am requesting a resolution by receiving a refund for my purchase. After washing the wig, a significant amount of hair has come out. The wig was advertised as a free part [redacted], yet it has tracks that hinder the versatility of styling. Additionally, the hair on the tracks and lace are different textures. Despite my attempts to communicate with the seller, they have been unhelpful, only offering $20 as compensation for what was initially a substantial investment.
