I opened a dispute as I never received an item. I just keep getting an automated email telling me to wait ** days. After ** days I get the same email. I cannot do anything or contact anyone to find out why I'm not getting a refund for this. I need Ali Express to issue the refund or let me contact someone to discuss why I cannot sort out this dispute issue. The seller is also not replying to any messages and has recently been getting bad reviews (after i purchased) of other people not receiving items.
Refunding me for my order that has clearly been lost.
I have been shopping on Ali Express for several years now. However have now been put off by the amount of fake shops that cant supply stock and use others pictures.
I have tried several times to use the chat*customer service on website but just go around in circles as the autobot takes me to dead links.
How GetHuman-shaneyl fixed the problem
