I have been having a lot of problems with many orders from different sellers. They have finished my order despite the fact that I requested more time. These orders were done in Jan. ** and still I haven't received them.*The other problem is that two items were cancelled by the seller but they never contact me. One contacted me when I found out there was a problem with the shipment and now I discovered that there is another item that the seller cancelled the shipment.*I have been shopping quite often from Aliexpress, and is very hard to get an answer from your company when there is issues that need to be addressed . I would say that I am a valuable customer and I would appreciate your respectful answer.*Why Aliexpress makes so difficult to communicate to solve a problem. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get straight my orders that I made in January. There have been a lot of problem. Shopping from your company shouldn't be such a terrible experience.* *Not a happy customer

Yes. I have to contact directly Alixepress using "chat'*I explained my issues, there were * items that I was having problem with the sellers. One item has been cancelled by the seller without notify me, the other two were with two different sellers that finished my purchase despite the fact that y requested a couple of time for seller extension. Then I tried to sign for a dispute but Aliexpress didn't allowed me because it was after my "finished' transaction.*Also I must tell you that is terrible difficult to get in contact with "chat" it has a whole line of questions but no the one you need. So you have to figure out what question is closer to your query to finally get somebody to answer. Finally, I contacted a person and she was very helpful. My point is that I have spent hours dealing with different sellers because I don't know for what reason I have been having a lot of problems with a lots of my orders made in January.*Some have cancelled, some finished without receiving my order, some I have to ask for extensions and some sellers haven respond to my request. I hope this situation improves, because I like to buy my craft items from your company.*Thank you so much for getting back to me. Your attention to the matter is greatly appreciated.
