hello airbnb how are you may i have a help here with cancelation cause as i discuss with the owner the wifi its not for free as i thought and also his speed its too slow cause i have a bad experience with compnay he offer and now he said she will cancel but she is not at home and her husband try too but your suppoet ask her to get the account owner to conferm but she is not home as he said so he ask me ta call you and i am out usa my number doesn't work here in Morocco and i told him that i will chat with you so now id on't when he will cancel cause of his wife she is not home to do that so it might count that i check in but i am not and they will take out from the first night so could you please let me know what to do
