Unwilling to do so in fear of not getting a full refund I asked her (the host) to please cancel our booking. Over the past months she still has not cancelled the booking and going to the internet for help, I saw how you are able to cancel your reservation with the option "my host needs to cancel". So I sent this request, however she declined therefore indicating she is still able to host us. HOWEVER, on a personal chat she explained that she is still unsure and is trying to figure something out. *This whole situation is EXTREMELY frustrating as our booking is over the new year and most available and affordable accommodation has now been booked!! How do I cancel by not forfeiting my Airbnb service fee and get a full refund? This situation is incredibly frustrating as the host is still refusing to cancel, even though she cannot host us!! *I look forward to hearing from you! *Thank you for your help, *Emma
