The issue in GetHuman-marajack's own words
My friends and I intended on booking a trip for this weekend using Airbnb. Once we booked an Airbnb I had read through the house rules once again. It had mentioned that the HOST will be staying with us in the Airbnb. The Airbnb is a small condo. By the presence of the host along with us it will be a tight fit as well as a very uncomfortable stay. with that being said we did not want a stranger to stay with us for the weekend. As we intended on a private place to stay. Had I known this I information , I wouldn’t have even looked at that place as an option. However the host put it at the very bottom of a very long list of house rules so I wouldn’t see. I am extremely disappointed and angry with the placement and organization of the information of the Airbnb. I have canceled the reservation * full days prior to the check in day and time just as the police claims. The company is now holding my deposit hostage. We expect our full refund back within the next ** hours because we are trying to get a DIFFERENT Airbnb for this weekend. And if I don’t get my money back We will post this all over social media.
