my account has been hacked. Someone changed the e-mail on my account. I can't access it. They made a reservation for * days in Toronto beginning today. They cancelled my reservation In July in Vancouver. What can I do? I talked to someone at *** *** **** but did not feel the person was going to do anything. She said she would pass the matter on. But I was not convinced. The changed e-mail is *****@***.com. I can't access that as it is not anything I am related to. The reservation is HM*AWFAXNW -- but I call the accomodation's number given and they say they have no reservation. The reservation that was cancelled (not by me) is HMBBXEJESF. My account should be *****@***.com What can we do now about this?
