I didnt record my booking confirmation number nor flight details as this info was supposed to be sent to be via email. However the email didnt arrive. My account has been debited for the cost of the flight. I have been unsuccessful in contacting AirAsia on any of the phone numbers given. Ava, the virtual assistant is useless without a booking number and the help line it forwards you too never gets answered. Very frustrating as I'm supposed to be travelling in * weeks and dont know if I have a seat or should book another! Thanks, Wendy

I finally got my problem sorted. I started with AirAsia's on-line virtual assistant 'Ava' who wasnt able to help with my issue so I was put through to 'Allstar' level which is a link-up to an online chat. I had tried this previously but was on hold for so long I gave up. This time I tried it at midnight and waited on hold until they answered, which fortunately took considerably less time, and they were able to provide me with my flight information and forward an email, in less than ** minutes. Hope this helps.
