The pilot announced that there were another plane on our runway. Because of this incident - we lost our connection to Chicago. *Then we waited *.* hrs in a long line at customer service to rebook our flight * *** at **:**, but that flight was already oversold. Also it was complete chaos. AC changed our gates three times, and four different representatives tried to help us. Little after midnight we received a Voucher to "Holiday INN"(no address or phone number. Later we found out that in Toronto there are ** "holiday INN", so no shuttle or taxis didn't know were to take us? The next * hrs we some other pasangers * wandered at the deserted Toranto' airport desperatly looking for AC representative, but there wasn't anyone around.Fortunetly, we ran into Kiran Rajder-President*CEO of Airway Inter, who contacted Liza , and about *:**am, she gave us a new voucher to "Mississaga Hotel".Next day, we had a fly* *** to Chicago at *****. We had a really bad experience with AC, because we traveled with Irene Grodzik(a cancer person), and this trip was extremely distrerssing , exhausting, and frustrating, but most of all no one was able to provide any assistance.*Air Canada is name the Best Airlines in North America with unique, reliable, and excellent service so we decided to try your airlines for the first time, but you can see, our experience was terrible.We hope that satisfaction of your customers still counts. *looking forward to hearing from you.*Barbara and Don Brooke***** BIg Sky dr*Muscatine, Iowa ******PH* ***-***-****
