Dear Sir*Madam:**Air Canada Confirmation Number: SSGXJE*Steven Ebejer and Joanne de Silva**I am so sorry to bother you but I believe you can help me in this situation.**My husband, Steven Ebejer booked flights for him and I to travel on Aug **, **** from Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) to Paris, France (CDG) and returning on Sep **, **** Paris, France (CDG) to Toronto, Ontario (YYZ).**Sadly, my mother, Joan Agnes de Silva, date of birth October **, ****, who has lived with us for ** years, became gravely ill and was diagnosed with colon and liver cancer. She herself was supposed to travel to another country but will never be travelling again since the cancer is very aggressive and she is bedridden. The doctors have told us that she does not have long to live. Death is imminent.**I have attached a copy of the letter from the Lakeridge Health Cancer Center in Oshawa, Ontario Canada addressed to her travel agent in Toronto confirming the severity of her illness. **I have also attached a copy of my birth certificate as proof of relationship between her and I.**My husband and I are her only caregivers and she has no other family members to care for her, so unfortunately we will not be able to travel in August. We are therefore beseeching you to refund us the full airfares. I went through this website GetHuman.com and typed in my request for a refund on tickets I had purchased but could not honour as my mother is terminally ill with cancer. They replied shortly after say that a refund was granted on the tickets. Thank you GetHuman.
