I flew on the *st of July from Toronto, Pearson airport to Bogota, Colombia. Our flight number was AC**** and the passengers travelling were Sarah Browne and Brian Duggan. We had flown from Dublin, Ireland to Toronto on flight AC*** earlier that day. We had two backpacks- one blue and one black. They were not in Bogota when we arrived last night and we filled out a form with an Air Canada representative at the airport who spoke very little English and we speak little Spanish. She said the bags should arrive today and they have not yet, we also tried contacting Air Canada numerous occasions with the number she gave us but it is not connecting and your online baggage claim form would not allow me to put in our flight number. Also, the woman at the airport never gave us a file reference so we are unable to track our bags using your online service. This is extremely frustrating as we are travelling around and need our bags as soon as possible. We are willing to collect them from the airport but we need confirmation that they are there. Please rectify this situation immediately.
