Hello, I am reaching out to request a refund for a hotel night that was charged twice, as evidenced by the attached Visa payment proof. I made two reservations through Agoda for a room at the Première Classe hotel in Arles for the nights of July 8 to 9 and July 9 to 10, [redacted]. Please find below the reservation numbers: 1. Reservation Number [redacted]91, Reference ID 33718UC001772 2. Reservation Number [redacted]55, Reference ID [redacted] I paid Agoda 74.55 euros for the first night, and the second night was supposed to be paid directly to the hotel. The Première Classe hotel then charged me for two nights, one for 64.78 CHF and the other for 64.65 CHF, totaling three nights. This discrepancy occurred as I only booked two nights and stayed for two nights from July 8 to 10 at the Première Classe hotel in Arles. I am kindly asking for a refund of the 74.55 euros paid to Agoda, which could be provided as credit for future bookings. I also want to highlight that it was impossible to decline paying the night already prepaid to Agoda at the hotel, due to a late check-in at 1:00 am through an automatic check-in system. Additionally, the hotel reception had no record of my Agoda payment the next morning, leading to the request for payment for the second night. I am seeking spacious rooms with plenty of natural light due to my claustrophobia. Agoda advertised a twin deluxe room with a view at the Hilton Stockholm Slussen hotel, boasting [redacted] square feet and large windows for $[redacted], set for October 16-20. However, upon checking the hotel's website, the room was listed as only [redacted] square feet, with the [redacted] square feet size matching the junior suite. After contacting Agoda, they verified with the hotel that the room I booked was indeed [redacted] square feet. Despite sharing screenshots proving the discrepancy, Agoda mentioned the hotel refused a refund or an upgrade. I believe Agoda is at fault for the false advertising and I am requesting either a full refund or the room size I initially booked.

I made a reservation on the Idla website and specified the number of guests. When I got there, I was shocked to find out that only two guests were considered, and the extra guests weren't included in the booking price. Subject: COMPLAINT: STAY ON 07/22 ROOM [redacted] RESERVATION [redacted]07 LAURA VACCARI We would like to express our total dissatisfaction after staying in the mentioned room, which was small and extremely modest in appearance and furnishings, malodorous (of cigars and musty due to lack of ventilation), with the smoke detector wrapped in aluminum foil, and especially with the air conditioning out of order despite the thermostat being set to the lowest temperature (19°C) while the room and hallway temperatures exceeded 30°C. We had an appalling night, gasping for breath due to the high temperature and lack of air. The mini-fridge only had 2 slightly chilled mineral water bottles, absolutely insufficient for the current hot weather. The breakfast service was very poor for a four-star establishment, and we also note that the two beverage dispensers were "out of service." The guest vehicle entry and parking system were cumbersome and inconvenient. In conclusion, we have an entirely negative opinion about a structure that claims to be a 4-star hotel, showing deficiencies and inadequacies in multiple aspects, mainly the lack of air conditioning and the room smelling of cigars with practically sealed windows, small and extremely modest in appearance and furnishings, with the floor in poor condition. Booking ID [redacted]17 My recent stay was disappointing. Upon check-in, I discovered my room had unclean bedsheets, a strong smell of cigarettes, and other odors. Additionally, the room had old furniture and ineffective air conditioning. I raised these concerns with reception, and after room service confirmed the issues, I was asked to pay for an upgrade. Despite agreeing and paying [redacted] RM for a slightly larger room, it was still dirty and in need of repairs. Shortly after moving, the room experienced a power outage, and reception was unhelpful, asking us to wait for maintenance without offering a solution. The staff, including the manager, were impolite and unapologetic. The hotel was also undergoing renovations, causing additional inconveniences like long waits for the elevator.

Yesterday, I booked a room for a single guest via Agoda with the booking ID [redacted]29 for a property. Upon arrival for check-in, the hotel informed me that they are not linked with Agoda and have not received the reservation. This has resulted in a charge of Rs. 3,[redacted].56 for a reservation that wasn't valid. I attempted to reach out to Agoda by phone, but was informed that the booking ID provided in the confirmation email was invalid. I would like a full refund for the payment made due to the error in creating a reservation that the hotel couldn't honor. I have the confirmation email with all the necessary details if needed.

I made a booking for one guest on Agoda yesterday with the booking ID [redacted]29. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they do not have a reservation in their system and are not connected with Agoda. This has caused me to be charged Rs.3,[redacted].56 for a reservation that was not honored. I have tried to reach out to Agoda for a refund, but they claim my booking ID is invalid. I received a confirmation email with all the details and can provide it if needed. I am requesting a full refund as I will need to make a new reservation and payment for the same dates due to this issue.

Hello, my name is Petrosanu Mirabela, and I made a reservation with Agoda at the Ateneo Hotel in Venice, with reservation number [redacted]78. I encountered several issues with my reservation: 1. Initially, the displayed price was [redacted] EUR, but upon payment, I was charged [redacted] RON, which included a commission of [redacted] RON. I booked the hotel for [redacted] EUR for 3 nights, so I am confused as to why I was charged [redacted] RON. 2. When I requested a bill from the hotel, they provided me with a bill for [redacted] EUR for 3 nights. This discrepancy between the booked price of [redacted] EUR and the charged amount of [redacted] EUR is concerning. 3. Although I booked for 2 persons, we arrived as 3. The hotel required payment for an additional room at [redacted] EUR for one night. Upon checkout, they did not provide a bill for this extra charge, and my attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. This situation has resulted in a loss of [redacted] euros. I hope to resolve these issues, especially the significant difference in the amount paid and the commission charged.

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda on July 19, [redacted]. When I attempted to book the room, the first click resulted in an error promising a refund for any charges. The second attempt was successful, but I received two confirmation emails shortly after. My credit card was charged for both bookings, and despite contacting my bank to verify the charges, they later appeared on my billing statement. The bank explained they couldn't control the situation due to varying billing dates on my account. I'm seeking a refund for one of the bookings that I didn't use due to the initial error during booking.

During my stay at the hotel last night, I was quite disappointed with various aspects. The receptionist seemed unhappy and did not greet me warmly upon check-in. The presence of both stairs and an elevator was misleading as I expected no steps for my disabled mother. The room, advertised as a spacious family room, was cramped and uncomfortable for three adults. The beds were small, with protruding springs making for a poor night's sleep. The room was not clean, with insects, cobwebs, and dust present. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price paid. I would appreciate a refund and am unlikely to stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

As loyal customers of Agoda and Prama Sanur Beach in Bali for many years, my partner and I are currently staying here for a month. We are quite surprised by the lack of information regarding the hotel's sale. Unfortunately, the pool bar, coffee bar, and Italian restaurant are closed, and even basic amenities like functioning showers are unavailable. The use of a duvet cover as a mattress sheet is disappointing. This experience is affecting our holiday, especially considering our long history of satisfaction with the hotel over the past 15 years. It would be appreciated if these issues were transparent on your website. I feel compelled to raise this matter as the hotel's operations are subpar. I made a confirmed reservation at Masaken Aldar Hotel Apartments in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation did not exist. After some discussion, I agreed to move to Masaken Aldar 8 without seeing it beforehand. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was disappointing, and I requested a change or refund, but it was denied. However, we encountered issues as we couldn't reach the apartment owner using the provided contact details. Upon visiting the address listed on the site, we discovered that it was a fake profile using the real owner's information without consent. I made a booking at The Montcalm At Brewery London City but I intended to book at Montcalm East, Autograph Collection. The names are similar, and I mistakenly reserved at the wrong hotel. We are currently staying at Montcalm East, Autograph Collection from 08/08/[redacted] to 13/08/[redacted]. I would like to switch our reservation to stay at the same hotel. I spoke with the assistant manager, Ms. Natalie, who said it is okay to cancel the original booking, but kindly confirm with me before doing so. I am having trouble applying a coupon worth up to AD [redacted]. Each time I try to enter the coupon number, it does not work. I no longer need the coupon as it seems to be misleading. I mistakenly made a reservation at The Montcalm At Brewery London City instead of Montcalm East, Autograph Collection. I have Booking ID #[redacted]27, checking in on August 13th and checking out on August 19th. It was an oversight due to the similar names of the hotels. I have already spoken with Ms. Natalie, the assistant manager at Montcalm East, Autograph Collection, who approved the change. Before canceling the reservation, I need to confirm with her.
