i tried calling their ** hours hotline but cannot contact it. please refund us ... hi, please help.*i have a booking for tomorrow for QUO VADIS DIVE RESORT and i tried to cancelled it to upgrade then her comes the no refund policy. my plan is for tomorrow to be there in the hotel to get the booking instead and i contacted the hotel for this. but they said it was cancelled and they have not received any payment yet from you for my reservation and if chose to to the hotel and proceed with the booking they treat us walk in customer and we have to pay again. agoda emailed for the resort policy of cancellation of no refund policy but they have a policy of free cancellation before oct ** and i cancelled it oct **. i request a full refund on this ASAP. thank you*a full refund will be nice. thank you*this is really insane. very trumatic*full refund would be nice
