Dear Agoda Customer Service, **I hope this email finds you well. I am writing as my flight to Portugal has been recently cancelled owing to the COVID-** pandemic, and I unfortunately I have no other means to get there as borders are still closed and trips for touristic reasons are yet allowed. **Therefore, I would like to kindly ask you whether it would be possible to receive a full refund for my booking for a *-night stay in Porto from **-** to **-** at Hotel Girassol (Booking ID *********). Although my booking was not refundable, I do not expect this to be a big issue, given the exceptional circumstances. Furthermore, I was not able to find any information on your website on how to start the procedure for requesting a refund.**I am looking forward to hearing back from you and in the meantime I wish you a great start of the week. **Kind Regards, *Danilo Di Maio
