I booked a hotel for a holiday in Tokyo Japan (Hotel Coco Grand ) through Priceline and Agoda which is their sister company (* nights) . Due to the Coronavirus and world travel restrictions I asked for it to be cancelled. They did this and refunded me two nights but kept * night ($***.** Australian)*Prior to cancelling which I ultimately had to do because if I didnt at the time I would have received nothing back. Prior to cancelling I tried to contact them a number of times and kept on getting refered back and forth between Priceline and Agoda as no one would accept responsibility. (I did receive my * day refund from Priceline). I have since sent them an email to Agoda at their customer service email explaining the above but have not received any response.Ultimately I would have accepted a no time limit credit for the whole amount and would like a credit for the $*** Australian as I could not utilise the booking due to world wide travel redtrictions*Thank You for your help*Regards*Greg Delprado
