The issue in GetHuman-laurecer's own words
We booked a room at Lom Rak Resort Thailand for * nights. (reservation number *********) with breakfast included. *Please note that the restaurant is completely closed and it is not possible to have any breakfast or en buy a bottle of water at the resort. What is more, the first restaurant is located * km away. .. it is not what was mentioned in the description of your offer! As we travel by bus, there is no possibility for us to eat. For this reason we want to cancel our second night and get refund for it eventhough the conditions mentioned “room not refundable”. Here nobody speaks english and the manager is not present or joignable by phone. *Tonight it our WC was also invaded by ants. The “boy” put a lot of insect repulsive in the hut so we have to stay outside for hours. We are really not happy of all of this and are determined to leave tomorrow! Please confirm asap that we will not have to pat for the second night and for the breakfast ordered. *Thanks in advance for your reply
