HI! I want to seek for assistance on how to settle my payment with my Agoda booking for H*O Stay Namba booked on Feb **-**, ****. I used my credit card and the booking was confirmed last January *. But yesterday, January *, I received an email that the payment processing was unsuccessful and asked me to use another credit card to settle the payment (just to secure CC details. payment method is pay at the property) but the it keep on prompting that I am entering invalid details. I already used * different credit cards but none of them were accepted. May I know what's the problem and how can I proceed with the payment? The property gave me another ** hrs to settle the payment (until **MN today) if not, the booking might be cancelled. I also want to ask if the booking will be cancelled because of this payment concern, will I be charged on the first credit card I used? I got the NO FREE CANCELLATION option.**I hope you can help me on this matter. Thank you.
