I am inquiring about booking ID: [redacted]05 for the Artilla Inn in Ahmedabad, India made on your website. Unfortunately, the hotel claims no booking exists under my name. I have been unable to reach the hotel as their phone appears to be turned off. Please confirm if the booking is in place or if not, I would like to proceed with the cancellation. Hello. I recently stayed at mckey66 hotel in KL for 3 nights but had to relocate due to numerous issues experienced during my stay. I have a non-refundable booking, so I am uncertain about any potential refund. The hotel fell short of expectations being less than 3-star quality. I made a booking with Agoda for a 3-night stay with Booking ID: [redacted]93, checking in on March 8, [redacted], and checking out on March 11, [redacted]. The property has not yet taken my payment. I would like to request a modification to my booking to change the check-out date to March 10, [redacted] due to changes in my travel plans. Hello, my name is Chaitanya. I have a reservation at Pirache Art Hotel in Goa from February 15 to 18, [redacted]. My booking reference is [redacted]29. During the booking process, I selected accommodations for 2 Adults and a 4-year-old child. However, the website automatically included and charged me for an extra bed at INR 4,[redacted]. I attempted to remove this additional charge but was unsuccessful. I went ahead and booked with the extra bed, assuming I could resolve this with customer service later. Good afternoon. I need a favor regarding a room booking. My baby accidentally clicked the book button with my saved credit card details. The booking details are incorrect (check-in, check-out dates, and number of persons). Please assist me in canceling this booking without any charges on my credit card. Thank you. Hello, We are currently staying at Kris Resort and Condotel in Bang Tao. Upon arrival, we encountered a strong smell in our room that is triggering asthma symptoms for two individuals in our party. The hotel has agreed to refund our money, but they need confirmation from Agoda before we can book a new hotel. I want to file a complaint about the resort. We requested a twin bed room but were given a room that looked nothing like the photos on Agoda. Citybank advised us to contact you regarding a refund due to potentially misleading room images. We also checked out a day earlier than planned on December 30 instead of December 31.

I booked a room in Katra through Agoda OYO, and initially, Hotel Sundaram was assigned. Later, OYO changed my reservation to Hotel Jodhermal Palace. When we arrived, the owner denied us access as OYO had not settled payment with the new hotel. Numerous hotels seem to be facing issues with OYO. After spending 2-3 hours speaking with OYO customer service and the hotel owner without success, I requested a refund from OYO, only to be advised to contact Agoda since the booking was made through them. Due to heavy rain and thunder, my family and I had to switch hotels. Please expedite my refund process as connectivity was limited in Jammu and Kashmir during that time. I made a reservation through Agoda, but unfortunately, I mistakenly selected the wrong date. I promptly contacted Agoda to rectify the date input error and requested to reschedule or cancel the booking. It took them a few hours to respond. When they finally got back to me, the booking had already been confirmed with the hotel. They suggested I contact the hotel directly to see if they could cancel the reservation for me. It would have been more convenient if Agoda could have resolved the issue promptly. Now, I am being charged by the hotel for the booking that I was unable to utilize due to the error.

I inadvertently made duplicate non-refundable hotel reservations for the same date due to a slow internet connection during my initial booking attempt. The website did not display confirmation on the screen or send an email, so I thought the first booking had not gone through and tried again successfully. When contacting Agoda for a refund on the duplicate booking, they indicated that the decision rests with the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to reimburse me. The hotel canceled our reservation, didn't accommodate us, and we paid $[redacted] for a night's stay. It's very disappointing. They claim the reservation doesn't exist and I need to contact them to get a refund. This motel's service is very poor. Please clarify what occurred and refund the money promptly. I won't be booking from this site again due to this negative experience. I need to report an issue that occurred on December 30, [redacted]. I made a booking and payment online for a reservation at Casa De La Rosa Hotel, Lot 48, Jalan Circular, Cameron Highlands, Malaysia, [redacted]. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that my reservation status was automatically cancelled. My Booking ID is [redacted]73. The hotel informed us that the status was not recorded in the system. The payment details section indicated that the money would be refunded according to the amount paid. Booking ID: [redacted]69. Hello, I recently requested a cancellation and full refund for my booking due to a misleading advertisement. The Agoda app advert promised a 41% discount with a total price of $[redacted].12, but during booking in Australia, it did not specify that this amount was in USD, not AUD. After entering my payment details, the charge came to $[redacted].23 AUD, which was more expensive than the Agoda website price and direct booking with the Seashells Resort. Despite my cancellation request, I received an email stating no refund would be issued. I urge you to refund the full $[redacted].23 immediately. Failure to do so may lead to a claim with Fair Trading due to misleading advertising. I have screenshots showing the misleading information. Kindly reply promptly. Petula D. Dear Sir or Madam, My partner and I currently have a reservation at your hotel from the 7th to the 9th of January. Unfortunately, we have a change of plans that require us to be in Thailand on the 7th. I stayed at Trippers Stay Coorg on December 28, [redacted], and it was the worst experience I've had. The maintenance was extremely poor, the rooms and beds were unpleasantly smelling, making it impossible to sleep all night. The prices were high for the quality offered and the service was lacking as well. To add to my disappointment, after my checkout on the 29th, I discovered that my booking on Agoda had been canceled without any notification, even after I had already paid. I am disappointed with Agoda for this unexpected cancellation and lack of communication.

I had made a reservation at Le Monarque hotel in Chandigarh, but due to some issues, our booking was moved to a different hotel without any advance notice. The new hotel is located 8km away from the original one. Regardless of the reason for the change, we should have been informed beforehand. Despite claims of not having a contact number, my email address was available. It would have been better if we were informed so we could have made alternative arrangements. This lack of communication is unprofessional from Agoda. I will not be recommending this site for hotel bookings. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience.

I reserved a room for December 31st with booking ID [redacted]91. The property manager claims they received no booking for that date from me. I trusted your service, went to the hotel, only to be denied, wasting my time and money. I can't reach your customer service either. I urgently need a refund for my booking and reimbursement for the additional expenses. Please provide a prompt resolution or I'll escalate the matter further.
