Booking no ********* ,yesterday i make the booking to the wrong destination and i discover soon that it is wrong and i make a call to Agoda for cancellation and i spoke to the consultant name John about the cancellation of the booking above mentioned reservation number,Apparently John has managed to speak to the hotel and the hotel agreed to refund my booking ,but now i have not yet received both cancellation email of booking and refund...now i want to make booking for the place near my vacation i don't have funds ,kindly advice as soon as possible .Thanking you in advance. **Regards *A.HALAM
