Hello, my name is Rana Anand Kumar. I had booked a return flight with Air India Express from Singapore to Chennai for November 7th, [redacted] departing from Singapore and returning on November 9th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon reaching the Air India Express counter for my return flight on November 9th, my details were not found in the system. I had to make a last-minute booking and pay an additional amount on top of what was already paid to Agoda. This caused significant inconvenience and stress as I had limited time to board the flight. I kindly request a refund for the return flight to cover the extra expenses incurred. My Agoda booking reference number is [redacted]61, and the Airline Reference is LHRKGH. I am seeking assistance with restoring $[redacted].83 in expired gift card funds and being able to use my gift card for existing reservations with Agoda. I have been a loyal customer for over four years. I made a reservation on June 7, [redacted] for a trip to Japan with my sister for November. After receiving multiple emails suggesting better rates, I mistakenly hit the "Pay Now" button instead of "Pay Later" on a new reservation (#[redacted]12) on June 9. Despite contacting customer service immediately, I was informed there was no way to reverse the payment. Agoda issued two electronic gift cards totaling $1,[redacted].16 as a resolution. However, I recently discovered that $[redacted].83 of the gift card funds had expired and I couldn't use the remaining amount for my existing reservations (#[redacted]70 and #[redacted]70). As per regulations, gift card funds should not expire for five years or until the funds are last loaded. I am writing to address my recent disappointing experience with OYO while trying to stay at Humming Bird near Ernakulam North Railway Station in Kochi. Upon arrival, I was informed of a power outage and was unable to check in. Despite promises of reimbursement, the process has been frustratingly delayed. The lack of communication from customer service, specifically Kailash from 'Agoda', has left me feeling overlooked and dissatisfied. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request approval for a refund for a non-cancellable transaction I made through Agoda today, November 10, [redacted], at 1:13 PM for a booking at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong from January 31 to February 1, [redacted]. The ICT Booking ID is [redacted]08. Originally, I meant to book two refundable rooms for four adults due to security concerns in Hong Kong. However, upon reviewing my confirmation, I discovered that I had booked only one non-refundable room by mistake. Despite trying to rectify this with the hotel and via the "manage booking" section, I was unsuccessful. I then contacted my credit card issuing bank to request a refund. Dear Support, I want to share my recent experience with a fraudulent booking incident that caused a lot of trouble for my family. We had booked a total of 3 rooms with Booking ID: [redacted]21, but upon our arrival at the property, none of the rooms were assigned to us. The property management was unable to confirm the rooms even though they were already paid for through our trusted booking company, Agoda. This situation left us in a very stressful position, especially considering we had family members ranging from young children (2 and 7 years old) to elderly parents and extended family members present. We were forced to find alternative accommodation far from home, which was unexpected and inconvenient. I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue as it is completely unacceptable. If not addressed promptly, we may have to escalate this matter by filing a police report regarding the fraudulent booking. Furthermore, I urge you to refund the charges for all 3 rooms as soon as possible. I have attached the confirmation receipts for your reference. Thank you.

Hello, I am requesting a refund from Agoda for my stay at the Dixon Residence due to the poor service. I encountered difficulties finding the place, even locals couldn't assist me due to language barriers. The weather was uncomfortably hot at 33 degrees, and I had no place to store my bags. The elevator was not working, making it impossible for me to reach my room without clear signs for the stairs. The location was inaccurately described on the website, and the photos were misleading. Despite my attempts to contact the residence for assistance, I was unable to speak with anyone. Feeling stressed while traveling alone in an uncomfortable area, I had to urgently find alternative accommodation for some rest due to exhaustion from an early flight. I believe a refund is justified given the circumstances. Thank you.

Booking Reference: [redacted]41 I have made a reservation for a Deluxe Ocean View Double room at the 5-star Centara Grand Phratamnak in Pattaya, Thailand for November 25th and 26th, checking out on the 27th, [redacted]. When I made the booking, I opted to pay at the hotel in Thai Baht. However, I noticed that Agoda has charged my Bank of Scotland Visa Debit Card instead. I am currently in Thailand, and my previous confirmed booking with Agoda for November 14th, 15th, and 16th at the Koh Chang Lagoon Princess was also designated as Pay at the Hotel in Thai Baht upon arrival. I am concerned as Agoda seems to have converted the payment into American Dollars and then into GBP, possibly resulting in foreign exchange charges on top of the original total booking price in Thai Baht. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding these discrepancies. Please confirm if Agoda has already paid the Centara Grand Phratamnak Hotel the full amount for 2 nights for 2 guests with breakfast and parking as reserved in the Deluxe Ocean View Double or King bed room. Could you also detail the exact total amount that Agoda has mistakenly charged to my Visa Debit Card when I had selected to pay at the hotel in Thai Baht? Thank you for your assistance. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].80 for our PayPal account. The reference number is [redacted]0506J91 on our PayPal bill. In September, I attempted to book a hotel stay at Wyndham in Kissimmee, Florida, a Disney affiliated resort. Despite not receiving any notification or confirmation from your company after waiting for a long time, I decided to book with another company. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered we had two reservations. Despite numerous attempts to contact your company, including international calls, we were unsuccessful. The hotel was informed that there would be no penalty for the duplicate booking, and they did not charge you. Although I lack confirmation numbers, my husband confirmed that the payment was deducted from our account. Kindly advise on the steps to secure a refund. Booking ID - [redacted]21 Initially, the dates were set correctly for my stay on 16-17 Nov. However, after providing additional information such as the number of rooms and guests, the dates automatically changed to 13-14 Nov without my notice. When I tried to correct this, I realized I couldn't modify the dates, so I decided to cancel the booking promptly within 5 minutes of making it. I hope to receive a refund as the hotel has confirmed they did not receive any booking for those dates. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, On November 11th, my family and I arrived at Tanah Rata. I am writing to inform you of an issue we encountered with reservation number [redacted]03 at Davids Hotel Apartment. Despite our scheduled arrival at 2 p.m., no one was present at the reception except a non-English speaking cleaning lady who gestured for us to leave. Furthermore, our name was not displayed on the "Agoda's guests" list for the day. After waiting for 30 minutes and facing a stressful situation with my tired wife and 5-year-old daughter, we made the decision to find another hotel. I promptly emailed the owner that evening, who replied blaming us for the situation and asking us to occupy the room the next day, citing that the room was not ready and his records were not updated. He did not offer an apology or any compensation. I requested a refund due to the circumstances that led us to book another hotel. The owner claimed no refund was possible and has since not responded. I have an Agoda booking with ID: [redacted]21. I need urgent assistance from Agoda's customer care team. I am facing issues with the lack of information in the booking confirmation documents. When attempting to contact customer support my call is directed to an automated system requesting the booking ID and the last four digits of the credit card used for booking, which were not required for this reservation since payment will be made directly at the hotel. Unfortunately, the toll-free number for Agoda's customer care is not helpful, and the provided Mumbai contact number is inactive. I booked a stay at the Golden Kuensel Resort & Spa in Kalimpong, India, but I cannot locate the hotel's contact details or its precise location on Google Maps. Could you please provide me with the hotel's contact number and email address promptly?

I reserved 2 rooms at Namba Oriental Hotel and made separate payments for both rooms simultaneously through BDO using Dragon Pay. The payment for one room was confirmed, but the other one wasn't. I paid before the 4 PM deadline, by 2 PM, as requested. Both transactions show payment at 2 PM on the receipt. I find it unfair that only one reservation was validated while the other wasn't. The policy states refunds are not possible, so I'm puzzled as to why rebooking is suggested without the possibility of a refund. I believe the simplest resolution is to verify my original booking. If rebooking is necessary, a prompt refund is essential since I paid in full with cash. It's impractical to rebook without a refund since my funds are already with you.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a booking I made for Jasminn hotel in Goa from Dec 1 to Dec 3 with Booking ID [redacted]89. I used my credit card for this reservation and can see the details in 'my bookings' on my Agoda account. Surprisingly, while browsing rooms, I entered my credit card details with a different email but did not complete the booking. However, I was charged Rs. [redacted] for a booking with Booking ID [redacted]61 that I did not make, and I received an email confirmation at [redacted] When I reached out to customer support on the phone, they could not find this booking ID in their system. I am concerned about this error and the misuse of my credit card information. I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized charge promptly. I attempted to book a hotel on November 4, [redacted] with booking ID [redacted]60. Upon receiving a confirmation email, I learned that my payment could not be verified. Despite trying to make the payment again the following day using an Eastwest Credit Card, it was consistently declined. Subsequently, my bank informed me that the transaction was declined due to an insufficient available credit limit. I have not received any confirmation or receipt from Agoda indicating that the booking has been paid for. As a result, I made a new booking with a different credit card, which was successfully confirmed. However, I have now received a credit card bill from EastWest totaling [redacted].52 for the initial booking, for which I did not authorize any payment nor utilize the booking. I kindly request a refund for the payment, as it was neither confirmed by me nor utilized for the booking.

15 Nov [redacted] Hello, I am writing to address my concerns about booking ID [redacted]57 at E Hotel in Chennai. I made a payment on 27 Jul [redacted], and a balance of $27.17 was left. However, I was unaware that this amount needed to be used within 3 months. Due to my busy schedule, I find it challenging to remember all the details of my various transactions. Unfortunately, no alert messages were sent by Agoda regarding this policy. I receive numerous alerts about booking hotel rooms quickly to not miss out on promotions. It seems unfair that Agoda can easily take away the funds of customers who forget about this policy. I have attempted to contact Customer Service without success. I need to correct the lead guest name on booking ID [redacted]20 & [redacted]88 to Li, Irene J. I also need to add a second guest named Hasnaa Akiod. The booking should have included breakfast, although the confirmation says otherwise. The payment information should be updated to a credit card ending in [redacted]. When I attempted to contact customer service, I couldn't proceed due to the incorrect credit card information in the system. Please update the credit card details to allow me to speak with a representative promptly.

I attempted to make a booking tonight at Royale Chulan Damansara hotel. I tried to pay online through Public Bank's online transaction, but an error occurred, saying the transaction failed. I tried again with the same method and encountered the same error message. Eventually, I realized two rooms were paid for, even though errors appeared every time I attempted the transaction. I am currently in one of the rooms but would like a refund for the extra room that was paid due to the online system glitch. My booking number is [redacted].

I have previously emailed the hotel requesting a full refund. Despite being aware of the non-refundable policy, I appreciate the hotel's kind offer to change the date instead. I recently booked a stay at the Narrow Gauge Inn in Yosemite National Park with reference number [redacted]09.
