Hello,a very good evening .I have two problems.I will explain one by one. My first issue was on October **, ****, I canceled my stay in Namsan Forest City, Myeongdong, Korea.And the next day I received a notification from my mastercard bigpay card that Namsan Forest City charges RM ***.** on my bigpay account and I got notification from Bigpay again RM ***.** will be declined from my account. After I double check the terms of the guesthouse, it turns out that if I cancel my booking, it will automatically charge *** percent like the booked accommodation price. I was so shocked, scared and shivering. I am sorry and I really do not know. This is the first time I booked a stay at the hotel and I still have no knowledge. I hope the Agoda can resolve my problems and discuss with Namsan Forest City Guesthouse right away. I'm a ** year old university student with no job, just depending on ib I'm just a father. I don't have the money to pay the charges and I don't want to incurred black.I really hope you can help me.Thanks.After this I share about my second issues.
