Guest Name: EMILY JENSEN MELGAARD*BOOKING ID: **********BOOKING NO. ************I would like to inquire if Agoda has collected payment using my bank card details that i gave during my booking.*The property has collected full payment for my stay upon my arrival with corresponding receipt.*This inquiry is to make sure that payment is not collected by Agoda using my bank details since I made payment directly to the property.*Thank you.

How GetHuman3240141 fixed the problem
Agoda should inform the customer clearly whether they should make payment to the property or pay to Agoda. It is difficult and confusing for the customer where the payment should be done. Agoda should not get customer bank details if payment should be given to property. I can only find out if i make payment * times after i come back to my home country.
