It is very sorry to say that, when I along with my family reached the "Srijan Guest House" the person at the reception did not allowed to chech-in the hotel. He told that the "Booking Confirmation Receipt" of AGODA is invalid, as hotel was not tied up with AGODA. They refused your booking slip and we got out of the "Srijan Guest House". The situation of mine with my wife, baby and old aged mother was helpless. I can't understand the level of cheating what AGODA & Srijan Guest House had done with us.** Now, you try your level best to refund the booking money towards my bank account, from which I paid your booking money.** The REFUSAL NOTE of the person at reception on behalf of the hotel management, on the booking slip is enclosed in the attachment.**Yours sincerely**MR.
