The issue in GetHuman-fairycws's own words
I have booked * Rooms at Concorde hotel in Malaysia on **th January **** for * night only. My booking no. ********* and the total charges Rm***.** for * rooms. But lately, I checked my credit card statement, Agoda has charged me Rm*,***.** under my credit card no. **** **** **** **** Visa. Hence, I called the Concorde hotel, spoken to Mr Ryan Harris, the sale manager and he has make clearance that Agoda was the one who I need to get rectification. Can you please check on this matter as I am feeling very unhappy with the situation. I have been supported the agoda.com for many years and lately I have also booked a stay at Kimberly hotel via Agoda. How could such things happened?
