I booked a hotel room through agoda for the Surintra Resort Reservation code: *********. I had trouble getting my renewed passport back in time so I sent an email through the manage bookings stating that I would be arriving on the **th. The clerk at night found my reservation and gave me the key but the hotel staff is now saying that I have to pay for tonight. I have paid once, I said that I would be late I did not ask for a refund on the date missed but now the hotel staff are blaming you saying that you state that I can't amend the trip. I don't see it as amending I see it as I forfeit * night as I was late do to unforseen circumstances regarding my renewed passport not returning to me as promptly as I was told it would be. Please handle this. I don't like to be rude but I paid for the room I should get the room.
