My name is Mir Zaman,** I booked a * rooms for * nights with Agoda!** **With reference booking ID ********* as detailed below:** **Hotel: Cresta Golfview Hotel**Room Type: Double Room**City*Country: Lusaka*Zambia**Arrival: December **, ******Departure: December **, ****** **Cancellation and Change Policy: Any cancellation received within ** days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy)*My email to agoda for the ***th is below everytime you send an email someone new replies who does not know what their previous colleague has already said.*I went to the above hotel and enquired about the price of a room they gave me a price but the receptionist was busy with another customer so i thought I'll see what agoda charge for the same room so i booked with agoda after the receptionist was finished i went to her proudly with my booki*g confirmation from agoda she informed me that agoda takes * hrs for notification so we would have to wait until notification came.*So i waited in the lobby with my friend and suitcases waiting for notification from agoda.*In the mean time my plan changed and I had to go to Dar es salaam Tanzania so i informed the hotel they said because notification had not arrived yet they cant cancel what is not live yet, so, I would have to talk to agoda.*The text below is about the twentieth email to again explaining what happened. Please do not hesitate to ask for any clarification.**.Dear Agoda**Firstly let me tell you that you received my cancelation the same day , this was after i cancelled at the hotel.*The hotel did not get notification of the booking before I cancelled so i cancelled personally at the hotel before booking was even made !*So no booking, the hotel should have informed you the booking was already cancelled.*So the hotel was not inconvenienced one bit they did not save rooms for me they told me until booking confirmation comes through from Agoda we can not do anything i was waiting in the lobby with my cases for agoda notification to come.*If the hotel had honoured my confirmation of the booking and gave me rooms then it was justified that the hotel deserved first night booking fee but this did not happen.*Secondly you say you are crediting **% of the booking fee as a gesture of good faith ?*Let me tell you, agoda has taken over $*** from my account for the * night booking !** night should have already been credited back to my account without question which agoda has NOT done even the first night should not have been charged for as I have explained above! *As i have said previously I am not interested in agoda cash! I want cash deposited back into my account as you have taken it*I will not be using agoda until the above is resolved!*I reserve the right to use this email and previous emails in a court of law if I do not get satisfaction.*Regards*Mir Zaman
